  I wish with my whole heart that I never went with Vista Logos. I requested a logo for my nonprofit organization, promptly paid, approved a first draft and experienced nothing but difficulties and disappointment with the very specific requests I sent thereafter. I wasted THREE WEEKS telling a designer to do ONE task that they never did. Now, I am out the costs paid for the logo, the time spent, and a logo. Additionally, after requesting my money back, Vista Logo said the 100% satisfaction guarantee claim didnt apply to me.

  Vista Logos went above and beyond to ensure that I received the required outcome, and I am very pleased with it. The rates were super affordable and everything was delivered on time. They provide the greatest brand administration, online traffic to the website, e-commerce site, and blogs, as well as social media management deliverables. As a result, they're my first pick for all of this job, and Ill definitely work with them again soon in the future.

  The Vista logo team was extremely useful for designing my company's logos and corporate identity. They not only understood my requirements and brought my thoughts together, but they also did an outstanding job, making me a happy customer. The most appealing aspect of the logos was their compatibility with our aspirations, company vision, and objectives. In the first couple of bids, I had to ask for certain changes, which they gladly made. As a happy customer, I will gladly return to the team for any future artistic activity.

  I provided the concept for the design I wanted for my business **** and requested they clean it up and add the colors I wanted. From the start on their website they are wanting to chat with the customer. I ended up saving the chat window because what the sales person was saying and the cost were different then what was listed on the website. I was offered two packages one for $189 and another for $249 this was just for my logo. I chose the package for $249, because it was to include copy rights. After 21 emails back and forth during the **** design process asking for corrections and most the time they would send back the same logo that I asked to be corrected. I finally picked the **** I was happy with. Then at that point they put me on the phone with a sales person asking for $890 to trade **** the logo. I said I did not ask for the logo to be trade ****. Then he tried to sale me another package. I had to continue to ask for the package I paid for many times. If you go looking for a ****, just know you are going to be hit with high pressured calls all day asking you to pay more money and provide services you did not ask for. They first tried to quote me a website for $3000, I did not even ask for. When I said no, they dropped their price to $900. Then I said I wanted to wait to see the **** Design and now they are trying to get $800 from me for "trade ****". With this company you will always be asked to pay more then quoted and offered more services then you asked for. I just agreed to the logo design, so we will see how long it takes them to provide the product that I paid for. Buyer Beware! Doing business with this Company is like riding on a bad roller coaster.

  I have a clothing company, so I was looking for services that would do all possible to establish my goods as a brand. I had seen many online pages, but I was hesitant to use any of them because of the incidence of online scams. However, when I came across Vista Logos, I made the decision to give them a try by simply giving them the contract for my logo. When I received my logo, I was thrilled, so I gave them the contact for my brand. Now, their team of professionals is handling every aspect of my brand, from the logo to social media marketing. They are strongly advised.

  They never delivered a effective and productive experience and then we were threatened with legal action regarding the trademark but would not produce the letter from the US Trademark entity when asked. I feel this is a scam and trying to strongarm one for money and not professional at all.

  Stay far away from this company! Their MO is to quote you a small price on designing your logo and then they will try to rip you off by saying that you have to register it with the *****************************************. They will try to scam another $1800 out of you

  Im so frustrated with this company. All I wanted was a digital logo designed from artwork that I had created. They made the logo for me, and it looked great. But shortly after, they started telling me that I had to have it copyrighted and trademarked. They did not understand that I am just a blog and not a business selling anything. I get weekly texts, emails and phone calls harassing me to spend $**** to have my logo trademarked and copyrighted. Today, I got an email telling me that they were just going to sign me up for the service with the ***************************************** and that I was responsible for the **** fee. Im not sure if theyre getting money or a profit by getting people signed up with the copyright and trademark office but Ive literally told them no **** times and I dont need them to keep pressuring me. Please, please, please stay away from this shady company and get your logo design elsewhere!

  The Logo has been designed and delivered to the customer. Furthermore to get the artwork/Logo protected, customer must have been asked/advised to do the Copyrights Or TM registration which is a usual process and recommended as well since there are 100's infringement and litigation events happen regularly. However, the process was not taken up by the client and no fee is paid for that and all the deliverables are done by Vista Logos.

  I just got an email with the companys explanation. Yes they are correct that they delivered the logo and that they havent charged me any more money. What they are neglecting to share with you, is that they have been HARASSING me for the last three months. They have been calling me, texting me, and emailing me telling me that I HAVE to register with the ****** I have told them every time that I am not interested, and yet the harassment still continues. I have even told them that I would contact legal authorities if they did not leave me alone. I also believe there is a court case involving this company for similar reasons that I am complaining of to you. I dont know who could investigate and shut down this company, but it needs to be done sooner rather than later. They are causing mental, emotional, and financial stress to people for no reason at all. They are bullies, they are harassers, and if you look at the reviews for their company on ****** reviews or on trust pilot or on many other sites, you will see that I am not the only one that thinks that this company is harassing, and what they do is illegal, and they overcharge other customers, and quite frankly I think there a scam. I think they do this business as a means to cover up some other kind of illegal activity they are involved in.
