    This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with and I don't suggest anybody spend $49.99 on their yearly subscription because the cards are small there's no signs inside them you only get 10 cards 10 envelopes and a postable pen and you only get one free card a month and even if you buy Mass mailings their cheapest mass mailing package that you can buy is $250 this company is truly a ripoff I've sent them a couple of emails before I got the postable Plus subscription and they emailed me back but ever since I've had it I've emailed him a couple times and they have not replied back

    If I could give zero starts I would. I used this company for my baby shower due to the convenience of their label and postage service. However, I have already been informed by two of my guest that they received the correct envelope but with a different persons invite on the inside slip. The ones my guest received was for a wedding and I can only imagine how frustrating it would be for someone to mix up wedding invites. It breaks my heart to think her guest arent receiving theirs. This is not a small problem and I would suggest anyone rethink using this company if they want to save themselves a headache when trying to plan a big event.

    Do not use this company. Buy a card and mail it yourself. I ordered a card well over a week ago and it is still not delivered. 0 Stars

    ************** never place an order with this company.I would give 0 Ratting to this company.Customer service is pathetic Talked with more than 5 customer service, First talked with ***** who said he would be sending a confirmation of refund in 30 Minutes which never happened.The second time talked with *** he said he would send an email in 1 Hour, again never received any email.The third time talked with ***** he asked me to wait on hold so he could review with both agents, After being on Hold for 2 minutes he hung up the call.After that whenever I provided my Order number the agents started to just hang up. Did not even hear me.

    Terrible service. Nothing about this online service is good. Sounds like a great plan.From Quality of materials to shipping. But obviously, just another online business taking advantage of naive consumers.

    I am overseas so I used Postable to send a card to my 93 year old father in **********. I can't really judge the card since I didn't see it printed. But what I found outrageous was this: After I selected the card, I was asked if I wanted to add a gift. For $25 I could send 6 cookies. I know, those are very expensive cookies, but I thought it would make my father happy. So I included them. He got the card (days after his birthday) but no cookies. Instead there was a ** code that you are supposed to scan and then they will send the cookies later. What a bunch of BS! First of all, the whole reason I did this is because my father doesn't have a computer. Otherwise I would send him something online. He doesn't even know what a ** code is. And even if, the whole point is to send a card and gift at the same time, not have the gift arrive days later. And there is no indication of this in the ordering process. After I complained, they referred me to the FAQs about the ** code thing. What a scam!

    Cards did not arrive on time. Ordered 1 month in advance and still didnt get them in time. My 83 year old mother cried because she didnt receive hers.

    Really tiny post card with poor print quality. I could buy multiple cards from a dollar store and they would look better than what they mailed for me.

    The card was blotchy and pixelated and the border was cut off and under the main picture they have some weird grey rectangle cutting through the words. Not happy with the quality at all. Especially after paying almost $70. I could have done better printing off my computer.
