    I purchased the Omni series 2 hearing aids (with batteries) and have been very satisfied with their excellent quality and performance. In addition, the customer service has also been superb -- I have talked with ***** and Dr. **** ******** -- they have been very knowledgeable and accessible and very pleasant to speak with. A great experience all around.

    The representatives are so helpful and friendly. My audicus hearing aids have opened up a whole new world to me! I tried going to ******* ***, and they treated me like I was a total idiot, and were all about the money. Ten thousand dollars is just too much, for something that would only be good for 5 years. Audicus treated me like an intelligent person, and helped so much choosing what was best for me.

    I have rarely felt as supported by an organization of wonderful people before. From the purchase of my hearing aids, and having every question that's come up for me about them answered for me then and now, to the ability to reachout for support and question answering, and pricing, Audicus is a superb hearing aid company. Far less than my ******** supplemental plan would have covered, equally and functional, I am very happy to have been directed to them in my search once I had my audiology test. I would not hesitate recommending them if you are in need of a hearing test and/or hearing aids and the accessories.

    These hearing aids are great. My experience with this company has been outstanding.Audicus performed an online hearing test that matched the one I had at a brick and mortar store. I saved over $4000. I Love these hearing aids.

    I have been using hearing aids for 13 years - these Auficus aids are superior to what I was using - the technology is significantly better! I use the app to adjust my hearing aids based on the enviro am in. One adjustment is for the golf course - my golf buddies have told me they are amazed at how better I hear things while on the course!I would also like to speak to the service I have received / ****** and **** are wonderful - from the selection process to the day to day support - I could not be happier with the decision to go with Audicus. I highly recommend Audicus!

    Audicus has been very good. First, selling me just one hearing aid because that's all I needed. Second, spending the time to explain to me how to maintain my hearing aid. (Both something a previous provider did NOT do.)Third, promptly correcting an accidental shipment of the incorrect domes.

    I've had my Audicus hearing aids for a couple of months now, and am so pleased with them! For more than two decades I'd been wearing much more expensive hearing aids, but when my most recent pair stopped working well and the warranty had expired, I found I could no longer afford them. Then my son pointed me to Audicus -- so much more affordable! I'm hearing much better and feeling so grateful. Also, working with Audicus is great! The support and customer care folks are friendly, timely with their responses, and very clear with answers to any questions I have. Also, I find the Audicus online and packaged instructions are exceptionally well designed, well written, and clear. I'm now looking forward with renewed confidence in my ability to enjoy hearing the world around me. Thank you!
