      NOTE: This is for *************** and not a brick and mortar location.We placed an order for new school clothes, including the first day outfit. We were told shipping would be less than two weeks. Four weeks later I called, and the representative informed me they would expedite our order.Hours later I received an email that our order was cancelled. I called, and the representative said he saw what happened. After being on hold awhile, he told me I had to place a new order. I asked for a supervisor, and within 30 minutes a supervisor called me back.The supervisor told me they could not activate the order. I had to place a new order. They cancelled my order, and wanted me to re-order. The representative did offer to price match, and give me free 1-2 day shipping, when it ships. However, that is the catch. I would be placed back to the bottom of the warehouse list, and she would make a note to try and get the warehouse to expedite my order, but there were no guarantees.In addition to this, three of the items, including the first day of school dress for my daughter, were now suddenly not available. How are they not available, if my order was already placed? She told me it was possible they were out of stock already, and that is why my order was not shipping. However, that is incorrect because a previous representative, who cancelled my order, told me that the warehouse is backed up over four weeks on orders.We ended up leaving the order cancelled. Justice is very deceptive, and has horrible customer service. I would like you to investigate their practices.Thank you.

      The only reason we canceled the order is because Justice canceled our first order on accident. They could not reopen the order. We were told at least four of our items were no longer available, even though they had just canceled our order. We were also told we would have to go back in the shipping queue which was already weeks overdue of their quote.

      Placed order on 7/13/2023 with the understanding order will ship per the website within **** days due to delay. Contacted justice 8/******/2/23 and was told by a rep my order would ship by Friday thats 3 weeks beyond the stated time frame. contacted Justice today 8/8/23 to be Told now 4 weeks and to call back Friday. The time keeps being pushed back Im a single parent who ordered her daughter school clothes with the hopes it come prior to school start date of 8/7/23 however still no order and no clear answer or direction.

      I placed an order with Justice on 7/3/23 for $354 in school clothes for my daughter. The confirmation email said it would be processed/shipped in **** business days. On 7/17/23 I contacted customer service to see where my order was and was told it would be shipped in ***** business days from that day.Today, 8/5/23 still NOTHING has shipped, and I started getting emails saying good news your refund is on its way. I did NOT request a refund of any items nor was there a reason given for the refunds. I want my daughters school clothes!! I cannot afford to go shopping for all her school clothes AGAIN!This is ridiculous and now Justice wont respond. I replied to their response from my 7/17 email (as it stated to in the email) and heard NOTHING back. Sent ******** messages, comments on their ******** page, NO RESPONSE. They are punishing all their loyal customers with no explanation, no apology, NOTHING! I saw ONE person who did get to communicate with customer service was offered a 20% off coupon, I wasnt, why is that?! And Ive seen MANY customers who ordered on 7/10/23 say they received their order last week. How is this right? They are discriminating against customers?!

      I made 2 purchases July 3rd 2023 and July 10th 2023 I have not received anything and my orders still sit there unfulfilled. I have sent many messages to customer service about when my orders will ship, with no satisfactory answers. I was told multiple time frames for processing time varying from 3-7 business days to upwards of 15 business days processing time before shipment. I am well beyond all the time frames given and my orders both still say unfulfilled. I sent a message Wednesday July 26th and was told my orders were being processed, so I waited until today Tuesday August 1st to check again. It has now been almost a month since placing the 1st order and absolutely nothing changed, no shipping information and still says unfulfilled. Today I decided to call customer service and go through it all again, she proceeds to tell me my orders are not done processing and are still just sitting there. I asked why I was told last Wednesday my orders are shipping she had no response. She just proceeded to tell me they are not even in processing yet and would escalate the email as why I was told they were processing. The only other thing she said was that there was a 3-4 week delay in processing from date of order. I am past that timeframe, yet she said my ************ were to wait longer an unknown timeframe or cancel my order. I am very frustrated with this whole situation to be waiting more than month just for processing is absolutely absurd. I just want my items to be shipped so my kids can actually use the swimsuits before summer is over and their backpacks to arrive before school starts.

      On the 25th of July I made an order on shopjustice.com. There were many clothing items for 50 cents. I placed an order containing 24 items. By the 25th all those items were listed at a $5 price. On July 29th, I received an email stating my entire order was canceled do to unforseen circumstances. Which really means they messed up the pricing on the day I made my order, and they don't want to sell those items to me at a discount. Retailers are suppose to sell items for the marked price. I would like my items. I'm sure this happened to many people on that day!

      I placed an order on 7/3/23 for $84.10. The website and my confirmation email stated **** days for processing. I have yet to receive my order and the website says my order is still unfulfilled. When I contacted customer service I was responded with a boiler template response that also stated different than the website or email, they said ***** days processing. So basically I placed an order with a **** day processing time, then once I reached out to customer service they gave me another extended processing time. Regardless it has been 25 days since placing my order and Ive received nothing and the website still says my order is unfulfilled. The website is promoting huge promotional sales and discounts with shipping inside of a time frame that they cannot handle. Upon going to their ******** page I noticed that MANY people are having this same issue with this company. This is false advertising. They shouldnt be allow to take money from consumers and not ship us our orders in a timely fashion. My order number is JUST-****** This is children clothing. Some parents dont have the money for nice clothes and so when a parent buys clothing for their children they should receive it. Money has been taken from us without receiving our goods. Weve been lied to, deceived, and added stress.

      This case can be closed but let it be noted that I am NOT satisfied. A mild investigation of this businesss social media accounts would easily prove the amount of complaints on this company. This company is repeatedly doing this to customers. They are advertising huge sales, get an influx of orders, then delay majority of their orders & send everyone the same boiler plate email response. Its not right. Its morally wrong. I chose to cancel my order after 20+ days of waiting PLUS still not being given a delivery date. I also had to go spend additional money for school clothes for my children (then wait multiple days to be refunded by this company). Shopping with this company was more than a headache and their pitty service highlights it.

      I placed an order for clothing on July 10. The company provided a timeframe and nothing. So I call and ask what the updated information is and they let me know that it will be 5-7 business days. Okay! I call back next week because no movement and they tell me they are behind and it will take 15 business days. Every time I call they give different information! I looked online and all of their corporate information is not accurate. Phone numbers belong to other companies also. I received a supposed call back from a supervisor but the number she called from belongs to Scotch and soda online so I dont know who they had call me. She was short and had no information. These are the people that *** or *** not have access to our personal information. I would not give any info to someone I cant verify. This company is a scam. They are s******* customers over left and right and hiding behind social media. Of their warehouse of that car behind they should stop taking orders and let people know upfront so we have a choice. These clothes are not timely. My first and last purchase

      I made an online order through this store on July 3, 2023 to get my daughter some supplies before our summer vacation, and it mentioned on their website that it takes from **** business days but until today July 13 I havent even received an email for tracking or expected date for delivery, I tried their tracking website but it just mentioned that the order has been placed, when I called them today to see, they said they have a delay and it might take from 3 to 4 weeks and if I dont like that I can cancel the orderI just feel that this is so intimidating that your customer puts his trust your store, and make plans depending on goodwill and the fulfilment of their deadlines and without even bothering to send customers an email to inform them of possible delay they wait until the customer call and just simply say if you dont like it cancel the order while its now too late to make another order even somewhere else to get the stuff before time of travel. I have been a loyal customer of this store for years now but I wouldnt recommend it to anyone anymore because of this disrespectful approach for their customers

      Justice has been running all kinds of sales. I ordered from them on July 4th and July 10th this year, from their sales. I contacted them around July 20th to ask why my ordered hadn't shipped. I was told that they were behind and orders were taking up to two weeks after placed to ship. They asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I said no and that I wanted the product that I had already paid for. They did the same thing last year, however they ended up canceling my order because they "didn't have the items in stock" after I waited three weeks for them. A friend of mine, that placed an order AFTER ME last year, received her items, but mine seemed to be out of stock (some of the same items). They keep having these huge sales, but it seems to me that they don't have enough stock to back them up. I'm guessing they just hope people don't cancel their order, so they can keep the money and never send the product. I've seen multiple complaints on their website about this same issue. It isn't a good way of doing business. If they don't have the product, they shouldn't be selling it. We are now at July 25th and my order from July 4th STILL says that it is unfulfilled and hasn't shipped. So many kids are missing out on school clothes because Justice says they have it and sell it to us, but then they never ship it!

      I placed an order online with Justice on 08/12/22 JUST-****** received tracking number the next day because I paid for express shipping. When you click on the tracking number the package says that **** is still awaiting the item as of today 8/19/22 and these are back to school items for my children. I understand that Justice is very busy this time of year but I paid for express and should come that way it was $50.00 which I was indeed refunded for on 8/18/22. I also placed another order with Justice on 8/14/22 JUST-****** did not received any tracking information whatsoever regarding package on yesterday 8/18/22 it just showed up on my step. The order was completely wrong. I am highly upset because I never experience this with Justice in the past. I will not be order from Justice anymore. The customer service is terrible.

First an foremost Justice did not give me a full refund they only gave me a partial refund of $103.48 this is with both orders combined JUST-****** and JUST-****** that was only the shipping  cost. For order number JUST ****** I am still owed $193.05 and for order number JUST-****** $79.35. Second of all I have to return and send JUST-****** and they want to charge me $7 for the return for their mistake. All I am asking is for Justice to make this right.

In addition to this, both the missing order and the incorrect order were replaced and reshipped via overnight shipping.
