      Same story as everyone else. I have been using Recyclebank.com for years. I had several thousand points. When I try to sign in my email/password are not recognized. This company is scamming people and getting away with it.

      I have been using Recyclebank.com for years. I had several thousand points. When I try to sign in my email/password are not recognized. I have attempted several times to register a new account and I am unable to because it keeps rejecting my zip code.

      I was a Recyclebank user for about ten years. I tried to log on today, and I received the message that, "There is no existing user record corresponding to the provided identifier." I tried registering again, but I was unable to because of some error with my zip code. This is no way to run a business! If Recyclebank was going to change, they should have sent an email to their users. I lost thousands of points. Normally, I would contact ***************** but there is no email or phone number available. This is ridiculous!

      So many people earned points and never had a chance to redeem them before they shut down. So not right.

      I used Recyclebank for years and enjoyed redeeming points for myself and to gift friends and family subscriptions. Looks like I've lost all my points with no warning! What an absolutely horrendous way to do business. Especially for a company that purports to care about the environment... just seems extra slimy.

      They scammed people for nearly a decade by denying them any form of redemption for points we were tricked into earning. They need to be shut down immediately.

      Recyclebank shut down all access and took away all points without a warning. I did contact them and was informed that the rules I agreed too, allowed them to do that. I think this is unfair and wish to warn others about saving points up as I, and may others did, you have no recourse, and nothing will be done to redeem your earned points.

      I was in the Recyclebank program for many years, being an enthusiastic follower earning points and doing all their tasks. It is discouraging the way the program closed and the members never received any notification about the program updates. I lost ****** points. According to their response when I contacted them, they said points have no monetary value and agreed about it, but still you could redeem your points for coupons or magazines and save some money. I do not recommend the new program. It is hard to trust if they will follow what they say in their rules.

      It is really disappointing that a company who used to be great just one day closed or changed their program without any warning/advising to their users about new regulations. Now we lost access to the old accounts and even cant't sing into the new program. We lost all our points! I was in the program since 2014 and accumulated ****** points that could be used to get rewards, discount coupons, magazines and many more even the rewards points didn't have a value as physical money, I used to get magazines subscriptions,couposn and great things with hard earned points during these years. I used to enjoy their program because part of earning their rewards points I could learn and teach my kids something about recycling, environmental and more interesting facts. Now all is gone. We deserve an explanation from them. There is a lot of people who have been affected. So sad all the situation. A company who stands for their values is the one who listen their supporters and they are not responding to emails or explaining what happened. Sadly true, waste of time and big disappointing.
