  Our medical practice was founded in Manhattan in **** by *************************** and **************** (Weight Loss Fame). In ****, ****************************************** took over leadership of the practice.In 2006, the practice expanded into other areas, including Reproductive Medicine, under the leadership of ************** ***********************, Gynecologist and Reproductive Endocrinologist.In 2006, the demand for low-cost surrogacy in ***** exploded. By 2012, more than ****** babies were born to surrogates in *****; 50% of these are from the West including *** and Europe.Through our sister website www.IndianEggDonors.com we started to offer surrogacy journeys in ***** in 2008 for under $30,000, compared to $100,000+ in the ***. This quickly made our company a dominant presence in the market. This dominance continued through 2015 when the Indian Government banned surrogacy for non-Indians.We presently provide over 50% of all Indian Egg Donors, fresh and frozen in the *** and are expanding rapidly.We have noted the unhappiness on the BBB site of one out of hundreds that have had beautiful healthy babies with us. The ** has written a complaint on BBB on a frozen egg shipment they received. We do not own or produce eggs.We act as an agency and help the ** source the frozen eggs from many *** IVF Centers that freeze them. ************** guarantees that the eggs are the top M2 quality. We then pass on the same guarantee to the Intended Parents, as we did with the Parent who has filed a complaint. There are many reasons why eggs may not result in good embryos including the sperm quality, experience of the embryologist at the receiving IVF center, minute variations in thawing techniques, etc. Depending on the reason, if covered by the guarantee, replacement eggs are provided. In the case of this couple, instead of perusing replacement eggs from the freezing clinic, they decided to sadly file a complaint with the BBB.Hence this response.******************* Practice Director www.IndianEggDonors.com

  This is the worst agency. They cheat. I request Indian female egg donors to stay off from this agency. I reserved one egg donor in ****** and found her eggs were put on sale in this agency demanding ***** ** dollars for just 8 eggs in *** where as I only paid 10K ******** to secure her in a ******** fertility clinic, she had the history of minimum 30 plus eggs in every donation but my clinic told only 21 eggs retrieved. When I contacted the ******** fertility clinic about it, the embryologist said one couple used half of eggs in ****** and requested to ship another half to *** for IVF cycle there. The equation is not matching up. If they had one IVF cycle in ****** why they ship remaining to ***. Do they want two kids, one ******** and another ********. Doesn't make sense. They are broad day light robbers. They split the eggs by joining fertility clinics illegally without the knowledge or consent of egg donor or intended parents who reserved her. See the greed. They put a time limit of 6 months to find a new donor. Forcing you to select inferior donors and demanding more money once 6 months is passed, initially I paid **** ** dollars as their agency fees to supply a donor to donate in ******** fertility clinic in ********, the first donor failed screening, I selected another one in **********, they said she is offshore, after a month she withdrew, when I requested another one they said she is premium and pay ****** dollars to secure her. See how much money they demand, you can get one full IVF cycle with that money. ******************* was fraud person in this agency. I lost lot of money and eventually withdrew from this effort losing money even before cycle supposed to begin and moved to ****** for IVF. Ask them to refund your fees if they demand more money or put a time limit on the initial contract, don't accept if there is a time limit on the contract. They put dozens of illegal clauses to fool you. I have proofs of these facts like emails, messages with them etc.
