5 starsI had a great experience with Cover Wallet and got exactly the coverage I requested. Other insurance agencies were calling me back for the first time days after I had the coverage I needed with CoverWallet. *************************** handled my questions and responded to my concerns in a patient, professional, personable manner and, while it was a tad difficult to get him right when I wanted to talk to him, because of both our busy schedules, after a short game of phone tag, we connected and concluded our business in a very timely way. I attempted to purchase D &O coverage for my non-profit. The agent, ***************************** gave me a quote 2 policies on the phone. I asked her to send both to me. She only sent one. I wasted 5 days trying to get her to send me the one I needed, emailing her daily, calling daily. I received 2 calendar invites stating she would call me back. She did not. I spoke to their customer service who tried to get me answers, but seemed helpless to do anything about the issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told they were in a meeting. Finally, after the last call back did not happen and I called in, I was told they were unable to fulfill my request. They didn't even bother to let me know this until I called them. I would not recommend this company for anything and I will not be using them in the future.

Hello,I am sorry for the initial experience you've had with CoverWallet. Your agent ********* is no longer with CoverWallet. We have reviewed your submission and we, unfortunately, don't have any direct carrier partners that can cover "501 (c) 4 Our organization provides digital tools to help social media activists engage in advocacy online and in person."Carriers tend to shy away from social media exposure due to the content they publish and issues with fact-checking political facts. We spoke to one of our specialty carriers and they say they can consider but need to review an application.
