    Less than 1 Star! Provided in an email two 800 phone numbers, neither of which was ever answered. You can hold for a very long time, and you will never receive a person to answer. This site does not allow me to provide you with the two phone numbers I was given. Today, after several days of holding, a gentleman did answer (at the ****) only to tell me it was the wrong department and transferred me to the long wait time. We are told one of our sectional recliners is going to be replaced, but it's been several weeks with no other information. I regret buying the Guardsman Protection based on the horrible handling of our claim. How do they stay in business?

    AMYNTA warranty Group is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, Service. Personal purposely, disrespect, belittle customers that pay alot of money for extended warranty vehicale service and deny perfectly legit claims so they don't have to pay the claim. Your website says your understanding, stress free resolution, that is SO FAR from the truth. I will report them to the BBB even though they are NOT a member. Wonder why??? I will also report them to the ******* commerce Department along g every agency I can.

    Scamming company Amynta Group. they will find any reason to deny your claim. Left me with a $1600 dollar bill at the dealership and made me at fault for my truck running hot. Made up all kinds of excusses not to pay. sent their fraud inspector who is trained on denying your claim for any reason they can find. **************** is a joke and give you the run around along with the claim adjusters. Lame company and from the reviews, it seems they are scamming everyone. I wouldn't use them for a warranty on my shop trash can!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from these people, run!!!!

    "Beware of this fake warranty provider"I am deeply dissatisfied because i lost $3850 with the dishonest practices of Amynta and Brandsmart. Their failure to provide adequate service and honor their promises is nothing short of unethical. I urge anyone considering doing business with either of these companies to proceed with caution and carefully consider your options before making a purchase.Even when there technicien recognize the defects and confirmed.The decline remplacement of same tv and offre 40% what I paid in credit "Fake warranty promises"

    We have had issues with our icemaker in our since 2021. We have had to file multiple claims, wait on parts and now they decide it is too costly to continue repairs and supposedy sent a replacement check for $491. Nothing compared to replacing a refrigerator. Prorated should have went off of 2021 since never repaired. You can't get anyone to call you back or talk to you. They aways say a manager will call you.

    This company is a major fraud. They refuse to process claims under their Guardsman **************************** contracts. They have partnered with many furniture companies and this feels like such a huge scam. They do not respond to claims here because they are not accredited. They are not accredited because they know they will receive constant negative reviews. On their website it says they will process claims within 1 business week. However, if you speak to someone on their phone call they state they will review and process claims within ***** days and make a judgement. Save your money or else if you do have an issue you will have to wait ***** days. If they do approve it based on other reviews you are looking at many more months of waiting. If you are ok with waiting 6 months for a possibility of approval and resolution then this is the company for you.

    No different from most others. I purchased a 75" ******* television from ***** ****, along with an "Extended Service Plan". When the TV began to malfunction, I submitted a claim. They were relatively quick to respond, but that is the only good thing I have to say about the experience. The company ordered a part based on my description of the issue and had it sent to my house. They then scheduled a technician to come and install the new part. First tech never showed up so they scheduled another one. This one showed up and promptly broke about half of the plastic tabs that hold the back cover on the TV while trying to get it off to replace the part. THEN, once the part was changed out, I can obviously see that it's a used part because there's another person's email address showing in the settings when the TV is turned back on, and there's a display that says the part has 3400 hours on it! Also, the replacement part is broken. 2 of the 3 HDMI ports do not work.
    The tech kind of shrugs his shoulders and says there's nothing he can do and the warranty company will be in touch. 2 days later I receive an email from them that they've processed a check for ~$713.00 and it'll be mailed to me within 7-14 business days.
    I called customer service because the TV was $1100! I was informed that the difference in the amount was because they reduced the payout by the cost of the part and service. I said "THE PART WAS BROKEN AND THE TECHNICIAN DAMAGED THE TV EVEN FURTHER!" How can they expect me to be responsible for that? So I asked to speak to a supervisor. After sitting on hold for nearly 30 minutes they came back on the line and said there wasn't a supervisor available and one would call me back within 24 hours (confidence level is low on getting called).
    I have no confidence that I'll be receiving this $713 check based on the rest of the posts here, and even if I do, it won't cover a similar replacement.
    Terrible experience and customer service. Would not recommend.
