    I have contacted Betterment on multiple occasions, both my phone and email, requesting that they remove Transamerica from my account. I was advised to do this by the Transamerica rep overseeing my account, in order to remove the fee charged to have him associated with my account. I have never received a response from Betterment. I would like a response, and a resolution to my problem.

    Betterment has frozen my checking accounts on July 18, 2022. They did not give a reason why it was frozen or what activity cause the suspicion. They asked for me to submit my ID electronically and I did right away. They said it would take 1 - 3 days to unlock my account. As of July 21st, the account is still unlocked with no answer or reason given. I can't make deposits, withdraw cash or any transactions at all. I am left stranded because of this company.
