      It hard to get through to them. Hard to go on the Internet and see your information no matter how correct you info is their system keep telling you they don't recognize your info. Not even the policy number and your email. Their contact system is very flawed. Three years with them and having too much headache accessing my information on line I decided to surrender only getting by $170. They took more than 5 times the amount for penalty. No help from them. Their customer service is no good. Makes me wonder is when you need you money in case of anything if you will end up getting the run around. The rating from me for them is a big fat zero

      What a scam of a company same situation with my 80 year old dad ****** no idea he was paying this crazy amount. He move they did not change address took 6 month still not canceled. Want photo idea of a senior with no passport or drivers license. Horrible what they are doing to seniors.

      Foresters Financial is a scam company for real!!!! They approached me in February 2024, promising me whole life insurance for disability, cash out benefits, hospital stay, long term disability and more. After one year I asked them to read out loud what they have in their policy for me, it was a total different thing, talking about natural disaster coverage (which in my 40 years in **** never happens), which I will never have thought about to include in my policy. Everything I asked and was sent to me to look before signing up never surfaced in their writing. This makes me to conclude that they are actual scammers. I have cancelled it after they have taken over $2k from my account.

      THEY STINK...FORESTERS FINANCIAL IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THE ABOVE COMPANY..PLEASE THINK AGAIN.I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM SINCE 1987 AND WOULD RECEIVE A GREAT INTEREST RATE. UNFORTUNATLY THE FORESTERS TAKE NEARLY ALL OF IT. I CANT TELL YOU HOW MUCH MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN FROM **. I RECEIVE BUT A FRACTION OF THE INTEREST I HAVE EARNED.SINCE MY LAST CONTACT, IN DECEMBER 2024, THEY WERE TO SEND MY ANNUAL STATEMENT, THAT WAS SENT ON THE 7TH OF DEC., SUPPOSEDLY, AND HERE IT IS THE 29TH OF DECEMBER AND STILL NOTHING! I HAVE GONE TO THE OHIO STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP ME. DON'T BE SUCKERED IN BY ALL OF THEIR TALK.....THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

      This place is a f****** scam. My dad is now in a living facility and we, his daughters, were simply trying to move his payment to another account (with the same bank) and the lady, ********, kept telling us the routing numbers were not matching up and we'd have to fill out a form even though we were staring at the accounts and they perfectly matched. They spun us around in circles mutliple times and it's so obvious they were a scam and took advantage of my poor father. If I could leave it no stars, I would. If I could have that company cancelled, I would.

      They are a scam ********* NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.I purchase a Tern Life Insurance policy from them approximately 5 years ago and have paid on time.I still have no access to my policy and have called till I'm blue in the face, with excuse after excuse on why I can't get access.I ********* NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

      My father-in-law paid on his life insurance policy for 40 years. This amounted to over ****** for a ****** policy. In September it was canceled due to an increase of premium. The notification was sent to the old address even though they have the correct address. Now they are refusing to pay out on his policy. He was a veteran that spent the last 5 years bedridden and this is how they treated him.

      Outed by more then $1500.00+ $22.00 refund, scam... LOOK-OUT! They refuse to give back even the Full last payment they took put when it took them a month to do the papers to close the policy

      I would give them a 0 stars if i could. On May 1st they received all of the information needed, and they told me 15 days to issue the check. On may 27th i got a notification that it was getting delivered that day. Called june 3rd and they told me that it hasnt been 14 days yet, called back and then after hesitation i finally convinced her to cancel the check. Still waiting 45 days later for a check and now in debt. I lost my mom and now about to lose everything else and still no results.
