      Very slow customer service. I submitted ***** of ******** forms on May 16, 2024 and 5/23/2024. All I needed was to have Foresters let me know the dollar amount of the current premium due so that I may pay the premium for my aged relatives in Assisted Living. Despite having all documents in hand for at least eight days, **************** still will not tell me the amount due. In fact, my most recent phone call between 11:00 am and 11:15 was frustrating as ****, and the representative hung up on me. This is terrible customer service. I don't recommend *********** as an insurance company to anyone.

      This business is so full of Sh** Im annoyed at the fact they keep talking money out my account with out being authorized . Then they falsely closed my daughter account for no reason then take 30 days to reinstate it they then dont have online access to you kids accounts so you cant see what you are paying ! They always lien to you about fixing your account ! The list goes on every year since I had this company Im dealing with the same bs do not recommend Im tired of this ! This has to do with being covers for in case of a death and nothing is right they mixed my kids socials up all that a mess

      I had a term policy that i paid through the term. They automatically renewed for 5 times the regular amount without telling me. they say that is the way they do business. I assumed term policy meant term policy. They signed me up for another term without notification.

      My Agent ***************************** had no problem getting me a policy but when I asked to cancel he went on to berate me and talk down to me like I was stupid and then BLOCKED me. I tried for a week to call foresters to get ahold of someone and after 8 days I finally was able to talk to someone but had to jump through hoops just to cancel my policy. The WORST customer service and the WORST ********************** Ive ever dealt with.

      They try to sign up for insurance with them through fear. Do not fall for this! Its easy to sign up and very hard to cancel. They have you go through hoops to cancel. Send a letter with your original signature to their email in the contact us info on their website, then go to your bank and ask them to stop payment to this people! Its the only way to make sure they stop withdrawing money. Its very hard to get a hold of them. Its a scam! All they want is your money!!!! You can get cheaper insurance through your job!

      My mom passed away a couple of years after purchasing her small policy. I filed a claim in March 2023 after receiving the death certificate. They sent me several letters saying they were still reviewing everything. After a few months, they said they needed additional records from the hospital and I had to fill out a bunch of forms and send them my birth certificate and marriage license. Then I got another letter saying they got those documents. Then they send me another letter 30 days later saying they got the records and they needed another 30 days to review. I called to see what was the status, and asked them how long these things normally take and was told 90 days. I guess for me, it's more like 6 months. Still don't have any status....

      The customer service representatives do not know their job and they give out the wrong information. For this reason I have been trying to speak to a supervisor for over a year and finally received a call today. This is ridiculous; and poor customer service.
