    On November 7th, one of my tenants hired the company 1-800-Got-Junk to dispose of unwanted items. A truck with the company's logo drove into my driveway and damaged my fence. My first-floor tenant was home at the time and notified me immediately. The tenant sent me pictures of the damaged fence and the truck that caused the damage. They also described the driver as wearing a mask.I attempted to resolve the matter directly with the company, and although I have a witness who saw the entire incident, they are unwilling to take responsibility or fix the damage. I would like to resolve this issue by having the company take full responsibility and repair my fence.

    I was charged for items that were not mine, damage was done to my hallway and railing on a stair case and also a hole in a screen door. Ive called several times and nobody calls me back. It took days to receive a picture of how much space my items took up in the truck and there were things that were not mine.
