    They tripled the estimate they gave me and made no effort to contribute furnishings in excellent shape to non-profit. They told me that it was junked. There's no way to know if it was kept by haulers or sold for profit.I found out it was junked after calling for a week looking for a receipt for charitable contribution. They kept telling me receipt would come via email by 5 pm each day I called.

    So, I called **************, specifically to remove a very heavy fireproof lateral file from a storage unit to end the monthly charge.The person I spoke with said, well, what do you think it would cost to remove that?I said, I have no idea, thats why I called you. This should have been a red flag for me.He said, based on similar items of that size and weight in the past, $449.I thought that was very expensive, but I wanted to get this *******, when it came time for my appointment, the guys called me and said they were on their way and what were they removing today? I again explained it was a very heavy fireproof lateral file.When they arrived, they saw the file with the drawers removed, felt its weight and said, um, well send pictures to the office and see what they say. And also told me that they hoped their ramp wasnt broken.We went back to their truck to see that there wasnt even a ramp present!So they talked their office and said they would send over another truck with a working ramp and two more guys, the cost would be $700. I asked them to consider the price of $449 that I received giving a full disclosure of what it was and how heavy it was and they came back and said they had to stay with $700 for liability reasons. Of course, they knew I wanted to get this out of the storage unit and I think took advantage of the situation.While the guys were totally respectful and courteous, I will NEVER consider using ************** ever again.

    The ************* did a great job. The issue is the corporate offices. They are basically running a scam where they will claim they will offer a significant discount in order to get you to use their service knowing full well that most people using them need to have items removed in prepping for a time sensitive situation like moving. The ************* got here and had no idea that I was offered a discount. The corporate team did not include the discount on my account as they claimed they would and I had no choice but to use them because at this point, it was too late to change to another service. TOTAL SCAM!

    Poor service left part of junk behind and now 3 days later no one has comeback to pick it up.
