      Details of claim 1. In 2016 I filed a medical claim related to injuries from chemical exposure in a lawsuit - ****** **** ***** ***** 2. 2017 I received a letter from ****** **** ***** ***** requesting my full medical history. My medical doctors name, my Social Security number, and my date of birth.3. **** I provided my full medical history and medical information with ****** **** ***** *****.4. 2018 I contacted Tronox **************** regarding my claim. I was told my claim and my medical records were mailed to a lawyer that I did not hire.5. 2018 I informed ****** **** ***** ***** to remove this lawyer from my claim form. No lawyer was included on my original claim form and should be removed. My full medical history and records were shared with this 'fictitious' lawyer.6. 2018 to 2024 - I have contacted ****** **** ***** ***** / Epiq Global, LLC to provide updates on my open claim.7. 2025 I was told that my claim was resolved and sent to the 'fictitious' lawyer that I had removed.8. 2025 I contacted Epiq Global, LLC stating that my medical records were shared illegally - this is a HIPAA violation.9. Epiq Global, LLC. has not responded to any of my online request for information on my claim. ********** ******* Claimant No. ************

      I filed my VALID claim like a lot of other people for the **** class action settlement. I had to verify my claim 3 or 4 times I had to verify my payment 3 times and then I found out the day people started getting paid that they denied my claim for inconsistencies. When Id ask for more info on the inconsistencies they hang up on me. I filed my dispute in October and I constantly attempt to get any updates with ZERO information. Im upset because they denied my 100% VALID CLAIM and I see tons of people posting on social media bragging about getting paid for FRAUDULENT CLAIMS and I cant even get a person who knows what their talking about or what inconsistencies even mean.

      Epiq Global is a third-party administrator handling the lawsuit and settlement proceeds for the ******* v. ******** Case No. ***************** ********  I am a Defendant and a party to the lawsuit. Epic Global has refused to reissue the settlement check owed to me because I did not receive the original check, I have asked them several times to reissue the funds and they have refused. I have been back and forth with phone calls and a certified letter to them inquiring about the refund and now after months of discussions they are saying it's too late for them to reissue the refund. They are being deceitful and stealing from me what is rightfully mine. They have no right to keep my funds and they have to abide by the settlement of the case. They are wrong and incorrect by not re-issing the check. I would like the check for $2,236.46 reissued to me as soon as possible as I have been waiting for this money since March of 2024.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Epiq Global regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:  They have not re-issued the settlement funds to me.  They continue to say that it is to late to receive the funds.

      Complaint in regards to inquiry in regards to claim number ********* Spoke to supervisor ****** that was working from home and she could not answer any questions in regards to the claim. I was told I should have receive payment and she provided contradicting info to prev info provided from your company via email. I need someone to contact me to provide correct info Ill need to submit another complaint to the lawyers office due to your company not able to answer questions
