      The Document Review Team Leads LL and AL are bullying towards employees and create an extremely aggressive and toxic workplace. As a brand new hire, I was targeted, ganged up on, and bullied in a matter of hours because I never received training on a specific administrative task. The Team Leads are unprofessional and create an unsafe and hostile workplace. Now I understand why **** has the reputation of such a high turnover rate for employees.

      During hiring process was given a questioner for ab interview and then an offer letter. First thing they asked for was my banking information. Allegedly posing as **************************, CEO doing on boarding?

      Constantly called and given misinformation. Could not get direct answers to my questions or concerns. Continually told that my claim was being processed. Took over 45 days for reimbursement

      I received an email from this company saying that my settlement was available from Zoom. I verified that they were a legitimate company, then filled out the information they needed. I receive my settlement money through Venmo in a matter of days! Efficient and trustworthy.

      Epiq Global is a joke and steals your money from claims. No one will.give information on my settlement and when the disbursement will happen. We were told Nov 2022 and still nothing. About to file a complaint with police and ****************

      After N*col* told me I had been fired for calling someone r*t@rded, which I know myself well enough that I would never say that to someone, I would call an action r*t@rded, she refused to allow me to pack up my personal belongings, such as my own laptop or my purse with my wallet. This place has the most toxic people I have ever met working here and the most racist managers and supervisors ever. If you're not a certain skin color and you show leadership skills, they will look for reasons to play games with you and go behind your back, instilling a false sense of security in you only to move you to a different area without warning and say it was because of personality issues. They lie to your face about how well you are doing then pick on you and micromanage you until you decide to quit on your own or they make up a false statement about you to fire you. You will not find any managers or supervisors here with integrity or who display honesty! Worst company to ever work for, hands downs. Management here is a joke. They manipulate them into thinking they aren't good enough or thinking a client isn't satisfied with them. They have no idea how to handle workplace conflicts. The manager, ***rge, and the operations director, J**tin, will throw employees under the bus after they gave them permission to do something and lie to HR saying they never gave permission. They don't have adequate training protocols at all for new hires on contracts, not even for their new supervisors. You literally have to teach yourself how to do the work they hired you to perform. Their communication is below average as they never disclose any next steps for employees when they have questions or offer any kind of explanation as to why they are making the employee do something. I was A**AULTED by a fellow co-worker, A SUPERVISOR, and my own manager, ***rge, didn't even call to check on me or offer any kind of help at all. DON'T WORK HERE!
