      I have had insurance with them since August 2020. I have gone to the dentist two times in five years and this year I decided to goget some work done on my teeth. I ended up getting 8 crowns. They denied paying for all my crowns.

      If you end up with dental insurance through these people, be prepared to pay your monthly premium, in addition to any costs incurred by your dentist. Guardian will not pay. They covered $122 for an entire year. Out of pocket, I paid the other $1,378. First year max is $1,500. They refused to pay. Run from them.

      I have Guardian Life dental. Had a crown installed. Guardian denied the claim 4 times for BS reasons. IF YOU HEAR "GUARDIAN LIFE", move on, flee. They will deny your claim. They are a ** company.

      Dental insurance is absolutely putrid and not worth it. All claims are denied for variety of baseless reasons. Misinformation is provided by the ************* to get a knowledgeable *** on the phone is impossible. AND, the biggest kicker, apparently there are NO phones at the HOME OFFICE.

      Avoid at all costs!This is by far the worst dental insurance Ive ever dealt with. It took them over three months to process a simple claimafter I had to send it twice. They even contacted the wrong dentist, which seems like a serious privacy violation. When I finally got the **** it was completely inaccurate. Ive spent countless hours on the phone with them, and got almost nothing resolved. Horrible experience from start to finish. Stay far away!

      The person received the insurance money was in a fraud case . They did an investigation and said that my son did not put this person in as beneficiary but they had paid her and chose to do nothing about it. It should have paid to his daughter and not an x girlfriend. They did the investigation and have done nothing to make things right. How can that be right?

      Very poor customer **********************. A message has to be left and you may get a call back. Statements arrive two weeks or less before the due date. Very high interest rates on loans. The online account access is terrible, inaccurate and not up to date.

      This company is the worst, they have you on hold for 20 mins to pick up a phone to not even resolve anything, I have two weeks trying to make sure my application for PFL ( bonding with child) is good, *** had to submit it twice and yet again today im getting told its been 90 days since last time I took *** that I need to submit new application, I told them I already submitted twice!! And I was sent letter saying thanking for submitting your application, then they tell me " let me get in touch with the case manager " and like always the case manager is never around then they tell me I have to give them ***** hours for them to reply back and they will call me back and they never call back, last time I took leave that ai submitted everything a month prior like they ask they started my application the day when I started my leave and then they paid me almost a month after I had gone back to work.. you also set up direct deposit and then they tell you a check was issued out to please wait 1-2 weeks if not to call and they will sent it through direct deposit, this company is not professional not all!!! Just terrible !!

      REALLY deserve ZERO STARS! I have tried to setup direct deposit with them twice. First time they said my banking information couldn't be verified in their system. Sent the supporting documents like they asked me to send. Still not sufficient. Open a brand new checking account gave them my information. And still told me they couldn't verify my banking information. BIGGEST ****! Get information from people and don't follow thru with request.

      I have been waiting for my short term disability payment for over 2 months and when you call they give you the run around and they say they are working on it. I have work for company where employees got paid in weeks and didn't have to wait months. Horrible customer ********************** and I am canceling my coverage at work and going with a outside company.
