I have a subscription to this magazine and 3 of the last several have arrived damaged, making them useless for what I subscribed for (as a collector). They are sold for $13.99 each and Sold Out online so I cannot replace them either. I have tried to reach out to them through several communication methods listed on their site. One of the email addresses is dead, the phone numbers are dead. The one phone number that went through was to a sketchy "medical" service. They do not answer Instagram messages and they have so far not replied to any of my emails. I want to cancel my subscription and do not even see how I can do this so will need to dispute through my bank next time I am charged.Initial Complaint

I have been actively attempting to cancel my subscription to Interview Magazine for over a year now. The information provided within the magazine about how to cancel is an email addressed to ************************* - yet all emails to that address and any variations come back as undeliverable. Ive also emailed individual contributors, also coming back undeliverable. Online the website provides a 800 number to cancel. When I call, it asks me to press 1 if I am over 50 and 2 if I am not. When I press 2, the call disconnects. When I press 1, it connects me with a company selling medical devices. If I click on the Cancel Subscription link on their website, I get a 404 error page with **************** face. I legitimately cant figure out how to cancel at this point. All I want is to cancel this magazine but this is an epic scam.Customer Answer

I purchased a two year subscription for a total of 12 issues. However more than that keep being delivered and I want to stop the deliveries.Cannot contact the publisher with provided email address. I am receiving Interview magazine that I did not subscribe to. I find it offensive and do not want it, I have attempted to call ************************** & ************. The 1st 2 numbers appear to be bad numbers as the call ends as soon as it's dialed. They answered the 800 number as a medical alert company. I have tried to contact Crystal ball publications to remove me from any and all mailing lists. They never respond and have no working web address or phone number. Endless spamming of Interview magazine to a home address for several years. I have been receiving interview magazine even though I have not subscribed to it. I've never paid for it either. A person who once lived here may have subscribed to it. Nobody living here now has. The name on the account is ***********************. The address is in the wrong ************* **. I don't know how it was delivered here. ***********************Impossible to stop the mailing of their magazine. Dead links and no responses even after sending their product back month after month. Strange business. They advertise single issue magazines and subscriptions. Somebody is doing this. Amazon and Shopify can't get responses from this business either.

I have been receiving Interview Magazine at my house for over three years, even though I never subscribed to it. I have attempted to cancel this magazine multiple times but the supposed publishing company that owns it is impossible to reach by phone, email, or otherwise. I have, for over a year and a half, been bringing each issue to the post office and marking it return to sender and yet it keeps showing up in my mailbox every season like clockwork. On 3/27/22 I ordered a gift subscription to Interview Magazine, and they charged $62.65 to my credit card for full payment of the publication and priority mail delivery. The gift recipient received one initial issue, but then has received nothing since then. I have attempted to contact Crystal Ball Media thru two different email addresses (provided on their website) and also by phone (at ************, the number that is listed here on the BBB website) which goes to a healthcare insurance marketing site. I have received no response to numerous attempts to *********** see this similar result from others with complaints about this company. I would like to either have a year's worth of product, that I paid for, delivered to the recipient of my gift subscription or a refund of my payment.
