    I have been trying to cancel this subscription to Interview Magazine forever. They either have a recording answering the phone, hang up on me or say to call back later. I want it stopped now and I want a refund for any money they collected from me.

    I subscribed to Interview Magazine 1 time a 1 year for 6 issues which all done but continue to receive the magazine. So far Ive received 9 issues and I want it to stop NOW. I have emailed ************************* a ton of times and no one ever responds. Please have someone from Crystal Ball Media call me ASAP. Attaching my original order email

    I have been receiving this Interview Magazine for the last 4 or 5 years under the Name of ****** (not *******) ***** which is my deceased wife's name. I do not know if they are still charging someone for this subscription or not at this time but I am sure my wife never ordered it to start with. This is and offensive and very not wanted magazine and I think this may be a case of fraud. Time for someone to do something and If I knew how to Get NYPD involved I would. Just on stincky/nasty magazine.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Crystal Ball Media regarding complaint ID ********.
       All I ask is they stop sending the Magazine  and I have no idea who they are charging for the Magazine.

    My credit cards show no  unusal charges and My wife had none either
