      I cannot unsubscribe from the emails, when I click the link it takes me to a web page where unsubscribing isnt an option. I am pretty sure this is illegal.

      Received unsolicited emails with no way to unsubscribe. Finally got them stopped and they started again. Since I don't wear makeup the only way they could get my email is the Dark Web. Their website is useless for contacting them. A very predatory company that I wouldn't do business with.

      I'm in my 70's and have never found a makeup that didn't make me look made up or show every wrinkle I have. So consequently, I'm not experienced. I absolutely love this makeup! No one knows I'm wearing it and it only takes about 8 minutes for me to get dolled up. Thank you Laura Geller!

      Order from them and was a Try Free promotion and they charged me anyway. Dont purchase from them all they want is the money. Called them and they let me know they would not cancel before shipping they dont do that. The charge your card anyway, also watch they will sign you up for a membership and I didnt sign up for it. Then they billed me $16.95 for it what a ***************

      I ordered from Laura Geller makeup through ******** yesterday, I received a $10 coupon for the order they processed a payment of $48. 16 from my bank account. I have not received any email confirmation for my order. I can log into my account through ******************************************* website however there is no order history or proof of any order only my $10 coupon that I received after placing after placing my order. I want my money refunded, if not legal action will be taken.

      I love the product but they keep taking $17.00 out of my bank account with out my consent !! Im not a rich person and Im on a very strict budget I have tried and tried and tried to reach them with no success. I have emailed them to get this issue resolved.. I have sent MULTIPLE EMAILS in the last month ( at LEAST 4) No one EVER got back to me. I want my money back and I will never recommend this company to anyone due to this issue . I want someone to get back to me now!

The first 30 days is free but after the trial the monthly charge is $16.95. I am showing that your subscription was canceled and we refunded you for any monthly charges incurred as well.       I am so disappointed. Purchased a foundation to try after seeing all over the place and with some good reviews. While making my purchase, I was signed up for the VIP PROGRAMA without knowing there would be a change after 30 days. Immediately after my purchase and receiving the welcoming email to the rewards program, I cancelled it as I did not want to be charged the monthly fee. However, after 3 days I received yet another email welcoming me again to the program (a different account number) that I also cancelled immediately, and today, about 5 or 6 days I received another email again welcoming me to the rewards program. I cancelled all 3 of them, spoke with 3 different people over the phone who reassured me the accounts were cancelled - I also have the emails confirming they are cancelled - but they keep coming in. I finally called my bank and cancelled my card just in case. This is bad business practice and misleading! Will never be purchasing from them again.

      Unlike other Rewards Programs, Laura Geller charges a monthly $16.95 fee after the first month. I was under the impression that Id be REWARDED for purchases made and just realized Ive been charged this amount for the past 3 months while not purchasing anything! This is not the way a REWARDS PROGRAM should work!! I love their makeup but will not purchase from this site again.Buyer beware!!!

      ******** leading scam designed to make people click on it and unable to read the fine print. I want my $16.95 back!!! I was scammed into the "VIP" scam as so many seem to be. I have asked several times for my money back but have been ignored and told that it would expire after my cancellation next month. I am a recent widow with financial challenges, and this theft of $16.95 is a burden. I plan on posting on ********, ****, and ******. This business is not good, and I will encourage people to NOT purchase from this site. My credit union has it flagged!

      The ** response to trying to get a REFUND not exchange for a Duplicate order..That I have accidentally made when signing out after 1 order..I am requesting a refund and address to mail the order back and keep getting the response to go to the return order page that is only giving me options for a replacement product.
