      Normally, Nielsen is good about sending out payments for completed surveys. However, it's been a month since I completed their survey and sent it in, and I've yet to receive my payment, so I'm unsatisfied at the moment. I don't mind completing the surveys I get in the mail for them, but without their promised incentive, it's worthless. If I don't get my payment soon, I won't be doing another survey from them.

      Wish I could leave 0 stars. I was a Nielsen house for almost a year now, 1 they lied to me about the process and what having this equipment would entail. They also told me interaction would be minimal but then proceeded to harass me every few months. Finally when I stopped responding to them they told me my time with them was coming to an end, mailed me a box to unhook all the equipment they installed BY MYSELF. They literally zip tied this equipment to wires and it was very complicated and on top of that, they gave me no instruction how to get the software off my computer. Reached out to my representative several times and he straight up ignored me. Called the company twice and both times was told theyll call me back and didnt. Got to a point where I had to ****** how to uninstall the equipment because everybody at the company was either unresponsive or useless. I am still waiting on a call back that I will probably never get. Company is a huge scam and not worth the work for the few dollars you get every few months. Absolute joke and anyone who works here should be ashamed of themselves.

      Never heard of this company, they mailed a ***** package to me and the VERY NEXT day someone shows up to my house! To my apartment door under the guise of a flower delivery and then attempted to pitch me your service. I did not give you my address or approve any communication with your company. To then show up to someones house is very unsafe and a huge violation of my PII.

      Back in mid Nov 2024, I was sent a survey from Nielsen for me and my family to fill out a radio survey with the promise of compensation once they were returned. We returned them and have never heard anything about the promised payments.

      I wanted to share my experience about a Nielsen tech employee. They told my husband that us not using the remote to log in who was watching cost him his bonus for the previous month. I want to know If that is something that the company tells technicians to say to participants. To me it's unprofessional and already added a bad impression of the company with what I already had dealt with. My experience wasn't great.

      ******* said they would only be in my home when I got new equipment. That was a lie, their tech could never get his equipment working right and was always here bothering us! Then one day when I was frustrated and we were talking about the presidential election I told him ****** ****** was a Communist, they then canceled our agreement and said our home was unsafe for their techs! What a joke! ******* for sure has gone woke I can confirm! What a joke!

      A *** from named ****** ********** from ************************************************************************************************** came to our residence several times over a period of 3 weeks. No one in household had signed up or agreed to any kind of survey or market research. We didn't answer the door every time he came by. This guy came with a basket of whatever claiming its a gift to us. We didn't open the door so it should have been cleared that we are not interested in any junk they offer. These people are borderline creepy, trying to harass us every couple days. We didn't budge, we never opened the door nor did we even want to have a conversation with him.After the 4th times, this guy left the junk basket at our front door. We didn't want any of your junk, Nielsen. Please don't litter my property..

      I received $2 from them in the mail stating I was selected to do a survey on what radios I listened to for a week. I returned the surveys in the mail because they sent two Incase I had another adult living in the home. So we both completed it and never got compensation besides $2 . I feel like this was a scam. I tried to call the companys phone number and was given a false number to talk to a certain extension about the survey. I was connected with a commercial number for Life Alert. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM.
