      Very unprofessional. Communicating is lacking - approximately ************************************************************************ to collections for not returning their scanner - I have asked SEVERAL times for a shipping label to be sent to me. They eventually said a *********** shipping label has been sent. Not sure how give the *********** strike. And so they continue to threaten with collections even amid a Canada Post work stoppage and their complete lack of communication and professionalism. RUN as fast as you can before being sucked in by these leeches.

      I received their initial letter, with a $10 bill enclosed, that our household has been selected to be part of their program. With the exception of 1 day, Ive received 1-2 phone calls a day for the past 2 weeks. Most times they dont leave a voicemail but when they do its an automated voice. No personal touch. I figured by now they would get the hint and remove me from their contact rolls but nothing yet. Its getting into harassment territory.

      I was badgered/harassed by ***** the lead/manager in my area in *********, ** to hook my computer into the ratings system. I refused because of my job. He pushed and pushed. I refused and called the 1800 # to say that he is to NEVER contact me again or step foot at my door. After repeated other issues of harassing robot calls and rude staff I requested the equipment be removed. ***** began contacting me. Nielsen ratings is a joke! They harass you and they say they'll pay you for the inconvenience yet they usually forget to leave the gift cards and they have a short expiration date. The whole process which is suppose to last 2 yrs is intrusive, a lie and the staff is harassing. It's like having a breathalyzer on your TV and it costs you your sanity. If they call or knock on your door...don't answer ...you will become a prisoner to your tv. They will also harass you while you are on vacation with multiple phone calls a day

      Our household has been participating for a few months. The initial information provided was vague and unclear. When we attempted to clarify what was needed of us, there were many contradictions; such as the amount of money promised vs received, people showing up at our house unannounced, rude customer service if we needed to call or if the y called us, and finally they cancelled our participation without a call - just sent a letter asking us to send everything back.I do not recommend this company for any reason. While it all feels like a scam, I think the reality is the organization and communication is lacking. This is not an easy passive income/activity.

      I have unsubscribed from emails from this company on multiple occasions. I emailed them in June of 2023 after their continuing contact and specifically requested them to stop all further contact. They acknowledged this email and agreed to stop, yet I just received yet ANOTHER email from them (June 2024).

      Some guy just came to my house with zero warning to install my Nielsen device!?. I never completed the 1 hour phone call. Never got whatever gift card was offered.* And Most Importantly- I never agreed to anyone coming into my house or even stopping by. Your company just pretended I said ok and sent someone to my door???? Wtf? I am appalled by the behavior and assumptions made by Nielsen.

      I completed multiple surveys for this company. In return they sent me a check that bounced causing me to incurred returned check fees for the ********. I intend to ignore these scammers from now on. They can jump off a cliff.

      We recieved a flyer in the mail for any male 18 to 34 years of ago to fill out and recieve some cash for doing so. My son went to fill out his survey and the questions on the survey were things about our family and very personal information about our family. This is more for parents to be aware that your child could be filling out things about your household that you may not want them to share about your family. I think it is so wrong for this company to do this. If the survey was directed towards men 30 to 60 and asked what car they drove, children and their ages in the house and income that would make more sense. They should be asking these young adults questions that pertain to them not anything about their parents. It seems very deceptive to get information about households this way. I would like this company to change this and for other parents to BEWARE!!I would like to give them NO STARS!!!

      if you're ever contacted by this horrible company DO NOT agree to be a apart of their program. They call every week without fail harassing you "why hasn't your living room TV been used lately" "you didn't click the button last night" "you need to always click the button when you turn on the *** "did you add any new streaming services or new devices" every week they're acting like they're the *** asking for personal information and harassing you with constant calls. You get the data you get ******* **** it up! you don't pay enough to be harassing us with constant calls. their service techs come into your house WAY TOO MUCH it's an invasion of privacy. although the service techs are nice people, this company as a whole is utterly trash and constant harassment.
