  I have never given Stack Overflow permission to use any license in regards to any of my contributions.

  Our public network of sites and the user activity conducted thereon are governed by our publicly available Terms of Service, which can be found here: *********************************************************************;(accessible via a link in the footer of each site page)
  
  Section 1 provides, in part, the following: "These Public Network Terms constitute an agreement between ********************** and you and governs your permitted use of the public Network ONLY, including any Services or Products that are part of the public Network. By accessing or using the Services or the public Network in any manner, including without limitation by visiting or browsing the public Network or registering for an account on the Network, you affirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Public Network Terms, as well as the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy."
  
  Further, Section 6 provides, in applicable part from the Subscriber Content subsection, the following: "You agree that any and all content, including without limitation any and all text, graphics, logos, tools, photographs, images, illustrations, software or source code, audio and video, animations, and product feedback (collectively, Content) that you provide to the public Network (collectively, Subscriber Content), is perpetually and irrevocably licensed to ********************** on a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive basis pursuant to Creative Commons licensing terms (CC BY-SA 4.0), and you grant ********************** the perpetual and irrevocable right and license to access, use, process, copy, distribute, export, display and to commercially exploit such Subscriber Content... This means that you cannot revoke permission for ********************** to publish, distribute, store and use such content and to allow others to have derivative rights to publish, distribute, store and use such content."
  
  Additionally, a notice is presented on the footer of every site page which includes a reference to the copyright, in relevant part: "user contributions licensed under CC BY-SA".  This notice includes a hyperlink that directs users here: ******************************************************;(which states again that "... all publicly accessible user contributions are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license...")
  
  Given the above, we believe that the user is not entitled to have their entire contribution history removed from the platform, as effective notice was provided and all contributed content has been appropriately licensed and is being used in compliance with that license.

  I affirm that I have NEVER read, NEVER understood, and NEVER agreed to be bound by any of your terms or policies. I just posted answers to help people, and didn't ever have time to do that other stuff.

  I revoke permission for Stack Overflow to publish, distribute, store any of the contributions I have made.

  We regret to inform you that there is no requirement for explicit affirmation and your use of the site (of note, was over the span of several years) bound you to the terms of the copyright license. 

  Sufficient legal notice as to the licensing of your contributions was provided in a transparent manner and is consistent with other such platforms.  As noted in our previous response, the license associated with your contributions is perpetual and irrevocable and as such there is no permission afforded to be revoked.
