Back on the 23rd of May I submitted ticket to pogo technologies for zombies wave. It is now June 17, and i been waiting for my points to be given to me, I done sent numerous screenshots a receipt and screen recordings. I was told a manager would be getting back to me and still nothing! How in the h*** would you people treat someone using your app like this especially seeing my history on this app! Why haven't I received my points in full and now the game has disappeared, so I was just scammed out of my points huh?and I'm still waiting for my rewards and haven't heard back from no one until I left a review on ****** play,this app scammed me out of ******* pts, which equals $169.80. Customer support stopped replying after they made me send proof after proof after proof! when I had never once had an issue with this app, it was definitely paying out as it was supposed to at one time, but once I complained about not receiving numerous rewards and they added up to the above amount now I get no response from them! Definitely just scammed me out of money, I wasted my time on...why did someone reply to a review i left on ****** and still nothing, I'm going to find every way to try and report this app for scamming! I'm sorry you haven't had a great experience with Pogo.
Unfortunately, it didn't take long to find that the progress screenshot you sent to our team was taken from a Reddit Forum. I have included the precise link to the screenshot in one of the attachments. This is the fraudulent behavior our team was referring to that does not align with our terms of service.
Additionally, the language used with our team was unacceptably inflammatory and offensive (also attached for reference).
We hope you'll keep these things in mind when interacting with other similar apps and teams in the future and we do wish you the best despite our interactions.

Submitted a cash out request from them, where a tremendous link was successfully sent to me. At this point we should have no issues, however they have my tremendous links set to "reward delayed, must be reviewed by sender". As to why they have put my account in jail, I'm not sure. This happened a couple months ago, and it took over a month of me emailing them everyday for them to finally pay me. First foremost it actually kind of irritates me in saddens me that I'm having to complain to a third party especially publicly to the better business bureau for Pogo technologies I mean I've been doing receiving recentive customers five or six years it's been 4 days I completed one of their offers on their offer wall what amplifies it as a serious scenario is that an actual financial purchase was made by me so that kind of standing on it and I'm not going to lie in the back of my head it worries but **** just don't behave us. On my end tracking no VPN is usual what it look like from your end you know the forting from your offer wall for the casino game and through the browser I was able to sign up successfully I reached out to you disappoints application I need to open conversations request so you're zendesk platform. And I know you're busy but something like this you would have replied and as soon as you would have saw my receipt see what if manually apply the ****** points is a good deal I deposited $10 US and ****** points equals to a $30 payout US. Now you know something's immediately wrong when never happened but usually after you complete an hour something's wrong once you do an offer it's usually pretty incident a few minutes it's not like it was like ******* points or something like most games would probably put a security hold on. Pogo I rarely have ever had to reach out customer service while I see the some of the things I've read tonight kind of disappointed me I mean it's like you're starting to slide like you don't care nothing you don't but it's not the pogo you know I know attached you're going to find the legal documentation like transactions that equal to $10 the name of the game even then manufacturers of the game were nice enough from their end supply me of their network confirmation ID so please find the individual and your team that has the credentials to manually addInitial Complaint

So on 4/17/25 I requested points be issued to my account for levels 40 and 50 for the beta game XMAS DROPS. I noticed on 4/17 that the app was no longer being tracked and in my opinion probably because I was unfortunately between phones at that point. But I was only playing the game on the one original phone that was tracking to begin with. I then sent a submit a ticket to support and was told first that my inquiry would be investigated and they would get back to me. That I was advised that there was a separate support team such as *****/BESITOS/ADJOE/REVU that I would need to contact into navigate to the apps information page on the Pogo app. I did this however was being told to do it again. Whenever I would go and click the link in the app information page it would take me to a practically blank internet page, telling me that if the page did not load to contact a completely separate and unknown ad company. Which is fine I have no problem contacting another company for my points seeing as I'm owed 17, 100 and I'm owed ******* which for these two amounts comes to $182.00. so I advised chat of the issue I was having was submitting a ticket via the submit a ticket URL on the app information page and I have yet to hear a response from them in regards to this other than advising me how to do this process all over again. My issue is if I was being paid by a third party gaming portal, my previous payouts would have been labeled as such under my cash out activity. Meaning that if Pogo did not issue them an adjem for example issued the points, then it would say adgem All I'm asking for is some resolution and I seem to be not getting any. This is annoying I worked really hard to get the points then I go to cash out and boom processing , next morning my points have been revoked , weird its never happened but the first time I get over $20 this happens very strange I was told I have another account , which isnt false I made my wife an account she used a little bit then broke my phone and helped her with surveys 1 time , insane Im not getting response when I provided perfectly reasonable explanation as to why my face scan may have been on her account also showed our id cards to show I was truthful no answer honestly disgusting , especially how much they have profited of my data since Ive earned over ****** points + the ***** stolenCustomer Answer

Ive used this service in the past and havent and any issues until recently. My last (4) cash outs havent been requested and have not been received via ****** as expected. The first one has mysteriously disappeared from their system and the remaining (3) have been under review by their support team for quite some time. Similar to many others, my experience with pogo and cashing out has been awful. My first cashout for around $5 took multiple emails between support in order for them to manually push the cashout through as every attempt would pend for a couple hours before disappearing. I thought the issue was fixed so so I attempted to cashout a 2nd time a few days later but again the same issue persisted. Support has been less than helpful as I've spoken to numerous customer support and every single one replied with the same response stating my "Cash out is still being reviewed". This of course does not make sense as at the time of them saying that, I did not have a cash out pending because the cash out request would always pends for a few hours before disappearing and my points being refunded. I do not receive any email or messages from pogo regarding my disappearing cash out requests despite being told I would be updated with new information soon.Business Response

I downloaded this app and started playing paid games tin order to win cash prizes , I have completed purchases in order to help me complete the required levels in the timely matter that I was required to complete within a time frame , my bank account was being charged , and the level was completed on time by December 29th like it stated ,once I completed the level on December 28th 2024 I reached out to pogo rewards about it they didnt think I made sure to keep receipts for my records. They finally responded days later and told me I didnt complete it in time which I provided documentation for proof that I did complete it in time. They are taking people money but are not rewarding you the cash prize that is suppose to be paid. I would like the better business bureau to conduct an investigation for meBusiness Response

Our team rewarded you the 120k points on January 1st which you also cashed out on January 1st (please see the attachment). **** does not require users to make purchases to speed their progress to reach the upper-levels of the game like you did. This is completely at the user's discretion. Occasionally, we do offer bonuses for in-app purchases and you did receive a bonus for your $4.99 purchase. This was the only purchase bonus available for this game.

Recently, I had an issue where two of the games I started playing through the app were not recognized as me having downloaded the game by way of the link Pogo provides. This would otherwise allow the app to track your progress and reward you as you complete each task, but because of this issue, it did not and I had to manually submit for each game. The first game, Yahtzee, I sent a ticket through support, proved my progress, and after a few days, I was credited.The second game I submitted was Bingo Blitz. I had to manually submit for this game as well, and after submitting all required information to prove my progress in game, I was told the issue would be escalated. I waited the 3 days I was told it would take. On day 5, I reached back out, but did not receive a reply. And again, one week after my last response from Pogo, I sent another email asking for an update but got nothing. I did receive the email asking me "how my support experience was" indicating that Pogo may even see this issue as resolved. Unfortunately, it is ****** touch on the manual submission process for this game, I had to prove my download and install date. I was not able to do this by way of their instruction, but was still able to provide this information with third party software and through ****** Takeout(I use an android phone), with which both sources confirmed this. Still, if there was a problem with the information I provided, I surely would have been told by now.I should note that I have also played games through the app that properly tracked progress from the onset, and no manual submissions were needed, so this issue seems to be inconsistent at best. Unfortunately, the issue here is Pogo's lack of response.I made good time on this game, and given the payout is ******pts, I'd like to see this resolved. Currently, Pogo's Bingo Blitz offer is showing 284,250pts(recently changed since my ticket) with some progress added. I just want what I completed.Customer Answer
