    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my ongoing concerns regarding Pogo Technologies and the ****** points I have yet to receive. I have attached screenshots (and have a video but can't attached) as proof of my compliance with their requirements.Following my initial complaint about not receiving my points, I have encountered additional issues, including the banning of all games from my account. This further supports my concern that this company / app is a scam and they don't honor their ************** recap:- I downloaded a game promoted on their app on September 3rd (play to gain points and then can cash out)- The tracking did not work, so I reached out to Pogo on September 5th. Despite following all instructions meticulously, I was met with dismissive, unhelpful responses, and threatening to ban me due to asking for the points I deserve. - The screenshots shows that I reached level 36 by September 19th, well within the 30-day requirement to get my points.- I have reported the app as a scam to ***** and will escalate this complaint to others as I am able.I have also seen via reviews other users facing similar issues. So, they have a technical "problem" and are scamming their users and don't honor points. It's completely FALSE advertising (do x** and we will give you xxx). I did ** and they did NOT give me my points. All I seek is the ****** points I am owed. Until this is resolved, I will continue to reach out to them (but they do not respond after the initial few days of threats). They turned off my 'games' and now completely ignore me.

    The Pogo support team assisted with the manual addition of points for 3 missing levels of Yahtzee when you first reported the tracking issue with the game. We clearly informed you of our policy and limitations around the number of points that could be provided for the game because tracking had never worked from the point of installation. We recommended that you stop playing the game as we would not be able to continue to reimburse the points, but you continued playing the game and pursuing the rewards from our team. As the very persistent communication continued, we warned that this could result in the removal of future paid gaming opportunities from your account.

    While we do understand and empathize with your frustration over the tracking issues, our team respectfully outlined the policies which you chose to ignore. We would be open to restoring your paid game access in the event you are willing to abide by the policies we've set forth. It is never our intention for these issues to reach this point of escalation and we're very sorry if any of our communication came off as threatening, which it seems was your impression. We will take a close look at our responses and reassess as needed.

    I have been trying for days to get someone in **************** to resolve my issue with the challenge not completing. Ive been trying to get the points due me for completing level 2 task on time. **** your customer service person keeps closing my complaints out without actually solving the issue. Your customer service person is rude and doesnt do what they are paid to do

    I believe we've already resolved the issue of the bonus points that you were unable to claim due to technical issues with linking your account to Pogo. I reviewed the communication with ***** and while I believe there was a misunderstanding, I'm sorry if you felt their responses were rude. I see that multiple requests were sent about different issues, and **** was merging the requests which essentially closes a request and moves it to a common ticket thread for the sake of efficiency.

    I have tried cashing out. My cash was under review then my cashout disappears. I tried cashing out again. Under review again. Its been three business days. Support will not respond. I want my money.

    Ive been using the Pogo App to earn cash back. Ive reached over $100 and I am unable to cash out. Its supposedly a problem with iPhones, but I am receiving no response from support to help manually cash out. (Per their help section) Its like they want to keep the money Ive earned. Its unacceptable to not have received any communication from their end.
