      0 STARS!!! Please refrain from entering any doors of these butcher shops that are located throughout different states, save your life! The lucrative loopholes and the malpractice they are getting away with is appalling! I am the mother of ******** ******* who tragically passed away at 25 years old, after getting a 360 BBL at Goals Plastic Surgery on West ************************************** back in September 2020. They left my grandson without a mother at only 5 years old. The place was closed shortly after my daughter and another young lady died within one week of each other. ******** had the surgery on 09/23/2020 in the afternoon and by the next morning her heart had stopped. She had been overdosed with a melody of controlled substances including ******** by injection which they have denied using to this day. My daughter was far from being a drug attic, which leaves the question of where did the ******** come from? One week later another young lady died from the same overdose of drugs including ********. However they still deny using it. They are not board certified plastic surgeons, they're not even surgeons, the one thing they are confirmed to be is MONEY HUNGRY and have no regard for your life. Although ******** struggled with her self image throughout her lifetime which unfortunately brought her to walk into this dreadful awful place, she was the sweetest young woman with a bubbly personality and a huge humble heart. She left us too soon! I have been advised by a few females that have inquired to Goals in regards to my interview with the ******* and my part in the ***** ****** article regarding my daughter's death and their response is "that was a girl that was on street drugs" THE ************************ of this place is egregious and disgusting. Most customers as they call you come out of there botched up but at least they live to tell their story, my daughter did not have that opportunity. I will continue to expose them for what they are! *******!

      I am 2 weeks post op from full front liposuction and double bbl and before someone says it takes time to see results i understand that but if you got a double bbl there should be a resemblance of that . Isnt that what they show all day everyday via their post ? Millions of post of women straight off the surgery table with perfect butts and thats not my experience millions of women 1 day post op with such wonderful results also not my story and again I understand everyones body is different but there should be some resemblance of a double bbl idk if they have certain lenses on their cameras or what but its seems Ive been sold a false narrative. My double BBL took 1 minute because with all the fat extracted I was pumped with half filled dip hip . Literally only half of my dip hip filled thats uneven. the right side of my hip is noticeably larger than the left. Thats is all I got for a bbl . No fat transferred to my **** cheeks at all . Every cellulite, wrinkle, dent I went in with I came out with . I literally asked the surgeon and nurse umm thats it ? If it took one minute that might be too long smh. Ive had several post op massages to this point and they have confirmed the only fat transfer Ive received are on my hips . I spoke with someone that told me there was nothing that can be done until 3 month post op appointment??? And what will they do then ? Charge me more money to fix work I didnt receive? Just under ***** dollars to feel more insecure than before . I came out wider , uneven hips with no **** to match. I can only hope someone can fix this . DR ******* was my surgeon and I will say good bedside manners and kept checking in on how I was feeling.

      I am here to share my personal experience with this company. I had my surgery (second surgery with Goals November 26th 2024) Unfortunately, I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. I was charged for a post-surgical garment (faja) (cost of it is $200) , yet I never received one. Additionally, they promised a three-month in-person post-op follow-up with the surgeon, which never happened.I made multiple attempts to resolve these issues, reaching out via phone and even through Instagram, but my concerns were completely ignored. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

      Dont go to the ************ location. The worst post operation care in the world! When you show up for your appointments neither the masseuse, nor doctor is there. You have to call the doctor and harass him regarding his office in professionalism, scheduling mistakes and lack of timeliness to see their patients. I would never recommend this location to anyone!

      Horrible Experience, 5,000$ of my hard earned Money down the drain. I'm Extremely depressed and overwhelmed. No One Cares about You All they care about is to get you in & take your money. Look for CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEONS and beware who you Allow to cut into your body! This is how my vacation went, hiding my body in shame . The first 2 pictures was what I was promised to get and payed for based on the pictures the 3rd picture was how my stomach actually was beautiful and round and the rest of the pictures are the results of my botched and unfinished Flexsculpt 360. I had to get in my pool dressed and didn't dare go to the beach. My life has forever changed for the Worse.

      I contact goals in august. they were running a special. The lady said the date I wanted was available and she would send me the doctor *** was to perform, work portfolio. They make you pay 500 before you can even take to the schedulers. They never stated their policy regarding the initial payment. Scheduling team called stated that the date she stated I could get would no longer have the promotion. Stated she would talk to her supervisor because I was not going to be scheduled for anything because I felt deceived. They pressure you to pay. So I NEVER SCHEDULED ANYTHING WITH THEM. Even though 2 weeks later they called to say that their supervisor went ahead and approved the date, I Still DID NOT SCHEDULE any surgeries, appointment, nothing. I disputed my $500 with my bank and later on last weekend I get a email stated that I have been schduled for surgery on Sept 29. Mind you I NEVER agreed to or sceduled anything, so they falsified documentation now that they know I disputed with my bank. That is fraud to sign me up for something I never aggreed to!! I will get a lawyer if I dont get my money back because I never even scheduled a surgery date with GOALS. They have very shady practices and should be audited!!!

      It's the worst modern-day fraud I've ever come across. I felt hurried to pay after our initial conversation. Then, after taking time off from work, someone contacted to say the doctor was not available for surgery on the date I had paid for. If I wanted that doctor, I would have to wait until September, and then she attempted to promote another doctor whose work I didn't like. I was ghosted after requesting my $2,600 return. There are no viable phone numbers to call. I had to request a bogus consultation for someone to contact me so I could save any number they called me back on. This is not a business this is a SCAM CENTER!!!!!

      The whole experience in Goals was not the best from setting up the appointment and having all these different people call you and no one knowing anything that youve spoken to other representative about previous conversations was absurd! No one seemed to know what was going on from the previous conversation that *** had! Up to surgery time **** was actually pretty good and helpful. Surgery went well but the aftermath and the massage did not! Massage therapist decided to do back to back massages when they were suppose to be done at different times! With that said she cheated me out is massage because she decided to do them back to back! They didnt give me the proper guidelines to follow once I was out of surgery other than an email with the postop of what i should and shouldnt eat, but any questions , that I may have had no one bothered to follow up to see if there were any! After I went back to tell them they cheated me out they said they would have someone check the camera footage and get back to me Monday ! And they did but then told me that because the therapist notated what time she started massages and finished they wouldnt do it even after I said well thats not what happen any wouldnt check it ! She said because they said its not necessary! After spending the money we do with them they should consider customer concerns and look into it further but they failed to do that! I will not recommend anyone to do there surgery there and find another place that will be more advocate to their patients

      Around October of 2023 I saw a this ad with a promotion on chin liposuction and Ive been dying to get it for years so I inquired. I havent had my surgery yet. I gave a deposit of $500 with the stipulation of: if rescheduling must be 30days in advance of your surgery. I called to change it weeks before my surgery and they state (verbally) that I lose my promo price because its going into the new year. Nowhere in the contract does it notate that. So they wanted to change the price and charge additional fees I told the representative on the phone that I would not go through with this and I wanted a refund. She told me sorry but we do not give refunds I made multiple attempts to get a refund and the phone was just passed around to a different person each time with no help at all. So I proceeded to call my bank and file a dispute. After, months of investigation the bank told me that the merchant had denied the refund and that I should file a police report since no one was helping me at the office. All they did was send me a form for my doctor to fill out about why I cannot have surgery. They also have very specific exceptions on who qualifies for the refund so if you do not meet them they will not refund you even if your doctor says you are not medically cleared. This is extremely unfair, inconvenient and inconsiderate. I do not even live in the state anymore so I cannot do much. Also, I have low iron and high sugar levels so I cannot even get surgery. I also been reading horrible reviews about this clinic about people dying and getting scammed. This is not fair. They should be shut down. Times are extremely hard due to inflation and people should have a right to change there minds considering the circumstances.

      They stole my money and I never went in to the office. I was rushed and they don't answer phones. I attempted to cancel the same day I signed up and couldn't. They cancelled the procedure and stated they can keep my money. I am disheartened that their is no consequence for this shady business
