    I placed an order using a coupon, I wanted to change my delivery date and to cancel future orders . When asked to change delivery date they did it not problem. But when I went to cancel, The company wipes your discount if u try to cancel before the billing takes place and I got charged $100. So I asked them to fix this for me and they did, they refunded me $100 and the $30 and out the code in again for me so I could get the shipment on the date I wanted. I was emailed them that the order was all set for 2/6 but to please cancel future orders and my account and they sent me an email saying they cancelled my 2/6 shipment and my account! They refunded me but I never asked for them to cancel my current order. I have texts back and forth for an hour with them where they even questioned my coupon . I have used ********** and ********** with NO issues with customer service . I would never order from this company !

    Beware! I canceled Dinnerly July 22 after 1 meal delivery. I didnt care for it. Now in October 22 I got charged for an upcoming meal that I didnt order! Its through ****** and put in as a recurring charge. Watch your account especially if paying with ******. I have started the complaint process

    Terrible experience with this company. They do not freeze their food correctly while in transit and the supposed to be frozen items show up completely thawed. I got food poisoning from Lobster Bisque that was sent to me. When I informed Dinnerly, twice, they finally refunded me just for the Lobster Bisque, but only issued me a credit. My chicken also came thawed out and rancid. I let them know that as well. All they told me was that they would look into their quality assurance team to see why the Lobster Bisque I ordered and ate had any complaints for food poisoning. They also refused to refund me. Food poisoning can occur when food is not handled properly. It does not mean that it has to be improperly handled at their cooking or packaging facilities. It can be un properly packaged and handled, like in my case. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this company! Unless you want to get food poisoning and deal with terrible customer service. I'll be filing a complaint with the *** this week.

    Awful. In every sense of the word. Ingredients opened or missing, chicken full of fat, rotten vegetables. Not surprised theyre not BBB accredited. Spoke to their manager ********, lol, not exactly someone with any critical thinking skills, working from home (fine) but sounded like a preschool in the back, unable to hear anything. Went off a script, absolutely no ability to communicate. Offered $6 for chicken that was bad for 4 people, haha. Of chicken for 4 people is worth $6run!! A scam. She told me she was the highest person my complaint about the ONLY thing they do could go to. Pathetic service, pathetic ingredients. Do NOT waste your money. Better off garbage picking.
