    Terrible experience with Marley Spoon. My meal kit was delivered with all contents at over 60 degrees, completely unrefrigerated in 90+ degree weather. The food was warm, spoiled, and clearly unsafe to eat a serious health and safety concern. When I contacted customer service, they offered a future credit, but I requested a refund instead and said I wasnt sure if I would continue with the service. Rather than responding or confirming, they canceled my subscription without my consent. Between the rotten food and the dismissive, careless customer service, I cannot recommend ******************** to anyone. I expected better from a company associated with ****** ******* but this was shockingly unprofessional and unsafe.

    Enrolled, received notice 1st box would be late, never received box and 2nd box was charged before receiving 1st box without promised discount. Called an wanted refund for both. Refunded 1st box but double charged for 2nd. Had to submit another complaint. Finally received 2nd credit. Never was able to review whether food was good or not and will not be risking their chaos again.

    Enrolled to look at meal plans suitable for me and my husband. I didn't make any purchase. However, they chose to automatically pick 3 days worth of food and billed me for it. The food they picked was fish. I am highly allergic to fish. They are refusing to reimburse me for the order. Not to mention that ****, the *** was extremely rude. I DO NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

    I received a free box from a friend and thought I would try it out. The items that I picked for my box were not what showed in my final transaction! I couldnt even tell if that was really my order placed since I never would have picked those items! Then I got charged the up charge on it. I contacted customer support which was a waste of time! They could not help and offered nothing other than a sorry. I dont have money to throw around, I dont even think anyone in my house will eat the meals being sent. This was a huge disappointment and I will never order again! Not good business.

    My delivery never arrived. They offered me a credit for less than half of what I actually paid. I had to tell them this was unacceptable and request a full refund to my credit card. They then refunded the full amount but not the tax I paid, and I am now having to request that back.

    Deliver a package to the wrong address. And want me to put it in the trash. It not my job to put there stuff in the trash. No sent someone to remove it.
