    They did not deliver, and when disputed, they only wanted to credit towards a future order. We have canceled their service and had to file a dispute with our Credit card Company. Their customer service with our issue has been a nightmare, and would not recommend their services to an enemy.

    First delivery was great! Unfortunatlely, my second delivery arrived a day late with OnTrac. Also, I had to call the carrier to get my package off of the hot loading area because it was a sensitive item. One more day and my box would be spoiled.I decided to track my package that is scheduled to deliver by Tuesday (today is Sunday), and it doesnt even look like ************** to my local hub. Items should be in transit to the hub today Sunday. prepped for delivery by Monday..on truck Tuesday (on my porch).Im in ***** and the status just says a label was created but items not yet received. The items are coming from ******* and then need to go to a local hub (1.5 hours from my home).then to my door.Someone at Marley Spoon needs to revaveluate logistics and shipping ASAP.

    I have not placed an order with Marley Spoon in over a year. The prices are too high and the selections are repetitive. Out of thr blue, I received an order that I had skipped....just like I have been doing for over a year. I contacted customer service when I received the order and advised I had not made an order. I was advised there is nothing they can do since the order was already shipped. I was also advised I will have to pay for this order since it was delivered. They advised they checked "their" system and it does no show the order was skipped. My credit card on file had expired and I never updated because I was not ordering anything. I advised customer service of this and asked why they would ship an order that the payment had not been received for prior to shipping the order. **************** responded with "because you are a trustworthy customer". We did not eat the meals received because they were items we would not have ordered for ourselves. I have reached out to **************** three times and requested to speak with a Manager or Supervisor. Each time I have been told there's not one available. I am now expected to pay $79 USD for food we did not order or eat. This is completely unacceptable. I want everyone to know if you are not actively ordering with Marley Spoon, cancel your accounts. You will be sent orders and expected to pay for them even if you didnt order them.

    Ok so I was excited because ****** ******* is on here but she should be ashamed and remove herself from this company. they pack things SO early and the food gets thrown around and spoiled. Not to mention they use Lasership... so my package is currently at a mobile home park prepping for delivery, why is it at someone's house?? Customer service is non existent, I still haven't heard back on spoiled chicken. But even with winter temps, chicken probably shouldn't be on ice in a box for 4 days... Yes the recipes look nice and there's variety but the food is sketchy and they have awful customer service. Stick to the competitor box that ships same day, bags ingredients and has amazing instant customer service, the price is basically the same!!. I also referred a friend to this box, so embarrassed because she had the same issues. spoiled food, late delivery. No returned customer service responses!
