      Charles Tyrwitt charged HUNDREDS of dollars ($326) and then advised they could not find the order when I asked for a SAME HALF DAY cancel. I'm a single mom trying to help her son as he's going on one of his first interviews in *************.. After two HOURS of communication with their chat staff, trying to help them correct the name of the hotel on the order confirmation that had been truncated due to their faulty software, I found via the "corrected" email confirmation that the items would arrive well after my son eould depart *************. I asked to cancel via their email channel and via chat multiple times. I was promised a phone call to straighten things out while trying to communicate with a *** when I ordered the merchandise. I received none. As of this writing, I have not received any order cancellation email or any promises to issue a refund despite spending half a day and at least 8 attempts at contact I finally received one single ***ly, advising that suddenly the order could not be found. This, after hours of conversation with someone who botched my order the first ******* bank account is missing hundreds of dollars and I don't have an email confirmation of the cancellation.

      Right around Christmas I saw an ad on instagram for a pocket arcade game for $16.99 plus $6.99 for shipping for a total of $23.98. The order was confirmed and the order number is ****************. I did not receive my order and emailed them on February 6 to follow up. They said it was on back order and we went back and forth until March 10 which was the last email that I received that said that they were sorry for the delay. I asked for a refund instead and they told me that it would cost 10% even though I ordered it before Christmas. I kept sending emails to them but have not yet received any word back from them. I have the emails and screenshots of the order itself if you need them.

      I placed an order for ****** shoes from a ******** post. I paid $60.00 but never received the shoes, even though they say they were delivered. I have yet to be able to speak to a real person, just keep getting automated emails from them. I made a complaint to ****** shoes and gave them the name and email of the correspondence. They said that it wasn't one of their valid vendors and they would make all attempts to stop and report them.
