      I have purchased a custom shirt for my wedding at Charles Tyrwhitt ***********. store. And after several attempts to reach out about the delivery and the status of my order, the company only replied me after my wedding saying: "the shirt is here at the store, come and get it". That was after I've been told twice that the shirt was going to be delivered in time. I had to last minute buy a oversized shirt for my wedding instead because of all the confusion. I had bought 6 times with them in the last year as I like their clothers and quality, but customer service is a joke, they treated me so poorly and unprofessionaly that I don't even want the money back or the shirt, I am just donating all my Charles Tyrwhitt clothes to ************** and want nothing to do with this company anymore... Frustrating... The most important day for me and my wife...

      I have asked repeatedly for Charles Tyrwhitt to sending sending mailings for several years now. I have asked repeatedly since 2017. They will not stop. This company cannot figure out how to remove me from their mailing list and stop bothering me. They are harassing me constantly. I have emailed and chatted with many representatives of this company. They are not good people. They do not respect people.

      On 12/25/2023, I purchased men's clothing for my upcoming trip from Charles Tyrwhitt. The charge on my MC Citicard appeared as Kosaes Shop *********. Upon contacting my local ***** they have no record of any mail from them. I've disputed the charge, and I won't be making future purchases from this outlet. I advise against it to prevent potential fraud. Avoid wasting your hard-earned money on this potentially scammy situation.AZA from **** ,*******

      This company is a fraud. STAY AWAY! I ordered a shirt in August 2023 from them and was told weeks later that they needed a copy of my photo ID in order to ship it. They did not disclose this up front, or I would never have placed the order. I have never had to upload a copy of my photo ID to any retailer in over two decades of online shopping. When I stated that I was uncomfortable with having my photo ID floating around on the internet, they said they totally understood but would not refund my purchase price. What a scam.

      Placed an order and did not see it for 2 weeks. Called them and they told me that it was returned to them. They never notified me or issued a refund. They never offered any sort of compensation for the delay and also messed up the replacement order. All in all, it was a horrible experience. I will never be ordering from them again.

      I ordered a white v-neck jumper and I am very displeased with it. It is not about the wool, which seems fine in itself, but it is not opaque at all. One can only wear it with a white shirt underneath, no other colour, and forget about wearing a tie underneath too : it will make you look ridiculous as everything appears. Very disappointed as the opacity should me mentioned. I had thought about buying a couple of other colours of the same v-neck jumper, but I will not even try.
