      This past summer I had to move for work and it was very difficult for me to find the right company for my move, someone I can trust.Northeastern moving came highly recommended to me. I called got an estimate and it was in the ballpark but the person I spoke with on the phone was so polite that I wound up scheduling them and Im glad I did. The movers who showed up to pack my home and move me the next day were wonderful. They handled my possessions with care and with ease. The clearly knew what they were doing. The final bill was fair and all my belongings arrived safely. I recommend these fellows.

      ********************* and owner they lost an entire crate full of boxes (my lifes belongings from ** including all of my autistic childs books, CDs, DVDs, stuffed animals, and therapy tools), admitted they were in the wrong and therefore promised to reimburse me but neither Northeastern nor its owner ****** ****** have paid me a thing. Who runs a business this way?

      Northeastern lost 100 of my my Client's 130 boxes in a move from *** to ** last year!! Can you even imagine receiving the news that of your valuables, heirlooms, and memorabilia--including those of your recently deceased husband--are missing because the movers amazingly LOST an ENTIRE CRATE of boxes? Its heartbreaking, frustrating and financially devastating for my Client! We remain ready and willing to resolve this matter, but Northeastern has ignored our pleas for fair reimbursement. Moving is an incredibly stressful and costly process anyway, but this takes the cake. Please consider this in choosing your mover!

      Good movers but I lost some jewelry, a charm bracelet that I had since childhood, and some earrings.
