    I purchased epidemic sound last July. I paid for an annual subscription. Since then, every single one of my monetized videos has been copyright struck. I have have to go in manually and dispute every single video. They waited until now to begin doing it. This is a scam.

    I was over-charged for a subscription service that I enjoyed and used for a long time. I disputed the amount of the over-billing (not the full amount) and was locked out of my account and not refunded for the service that I was no longer able to use.

    On August 2, 2024 I was charged for a change of subscription that I never authorized by Epidemic Sounds. At the time I was viewing options in terms my subscription plan, so I clicked "Change Plan" and was never presented with any options in terms of plans nor details. Moments later, I received a notification that my ****** account was charge $116.11 dollars without my consent. $119.88 was recorded on the Epidemic Sound website, however there appears to be a $3.77 refund. I'm requesting the FULL refund, because I never authorized the payment nor confirmed any plan change. The money was just automatically taken from me.

    I signed up for a free trial of epidemic sound on October 6th. A few weeks later, I got an email saying my trial was about to end and went back to the website to cancel since I didn't wind up using the service as I had planned and it's very expensive.I could not find anywhere on the site how to cancel my plan. So I opened the live chat, which is just a bot. You can't actually talk to a live agent - it just responds with the same answer every time you ask it a question.So I tried looking for a support email. There is no customer support email listed ANYWHERE on the website. EXTREMELY shady. So now I am charged $119.88 for a service I didn't use because they give no way to contact them to cancel or refund. I want a REFUND and I want this plan CANCELED. I am SO disappointed in this website and its lack of support for paying customers. There is no way to cancel once they get you on the trial.

    I had initially signed up for the free trial. I didnt cancel it in time, and PayPal had set up an auto payment. I tried every email I use to log in, and every email to forgot password. I only received an email on one, but the account didn't show a subscription. I had to email them to cancel the payment. They gave me one month refund even though I was billed far longer without the ability to cancel. The email I had the subscription through never received a single email until the one saying that the subscription was canceled. No welcome email and certainly no password reset link. Super shady if you ask me. Beware of this of company.

    Sometime in December I was looking around online for music and decided to participate in a 5 or 7 day trial, with epidemic sound.I don't remember if I downloaded thier app. Initially or not, it was just for me something to try out as an alternative to ******* music or Apple music when in my car..However my.phone has had issues and because it is recently past the warranty date I have not had it looked at but it has reset itself.several times. Sometimes the apps stay on the phone, sometimes they don't.I typically will cancel a new trial soon after opening it due to the risk of auto billing.. However i waited until the last day to cancel because the app had disappeared and i saw an attempt.to bill that had thankfully not gone through!Luckily ( or so I'd thought, I then got it cancelled..)But I just was going through somethings and realized they just billed me.in February, and when I went online to log on I could see that they have now billed me.3 separate.times!That amounts to 3.months and 45 dollars worth of music never used on an app I NO LONGER HAD ON MY.PHONE.ITS ********!I want my money back, but of course there's no way to contact them.I know I canceled and I'm utterly positive of that but of course I have no corresponding email of cancelation... so I'm sure I will have issues proving that to them.Nowadays I'm not in a position to purchase any music at all and I'm in between jobs. So it makes this lousy inept and uninvolved way of treating customers truly disgusting.And until they decide to take responsibility and realize that if you run a business then you have live customer service and do fact finding (since I was the victim of some software glitch apparently)And you do the right thing.. especially if.you give a **** about running an honest business!I DEMAND a.refund as I have never once used thier services beyond the first DAY.I am.disgusted with them. Do NOT trust EPIDEMIC SOUND!!

    I have been charged a monthly service from Epic Sound AB and never signed up for this service nor have EVER used this service. I was charged October 22nd, November 22nd, and now December 22nd for $15 each. Thats a total of $45 Im owed. I have no way of effectively contacting this company (Ive tried several times via their customer service tab) and have had no response. These charges need to stop immediately and I want a refund as Ive never heard of this company or EVER used their services. This is a complete scam and it needs to stop now or Ill be contacting the authorities.

    Epidemic sound is running an illegitimate scam that allows them to pick and choose whether or not the service you pay for is valid. I created a ******* channel with intricate, labor intensive visual graphic videos that use their licensed music per their agreement. They are allowed to claim this music if you use it as a stand alone, replaying of it. This is understandable. This would be using the music alone with a picture or offering nothing else besides the music. What's not acceptable is their ability to interpret whatever they see as stand alone. They have called my heavily edited relaxation, holiday videos, travel sequences and more as such, and forced a claim on my ******* pages monetization. This site is a scam bc they can basically decide what they consider to be licensable on the fly. They claim they are just "cracking down" on misuse but it's clearly a revenue grab. I have also found that even though you should be licensed for life regardless if you have an active subscription, none of the claims happened till I did not. Seeking a refund for all my subscription time and loss of substantial potential revenue on *******.

    I never signed up for your service but in March began being charged 15$ a month. I sent multiple emails asking what this was as I use an entirely dif royalty free music site. I got no reply. I then disputed the charge w PayPal and was told it wouldnt be approved again. Fast forward and I have 6 charges from you guys for a service I never signed up for and requested be cancelled already. As I cant find a phone number Im stuck messaging which is incredibly frustrating when you guys have essentially stolen almost 200$ from me. I need this resolved. I have even used apps that broker cancellation of recurring charges and even they have had trouble resolving this. I want my card to STOP being charged and I would like at least a partial refund. THis is absurd. Images attached are one of the charges, one of hte emails I asked to cancel and a screenshot of showing just how many times they have charged me for this.
