  DO NOT USE THIS APP. I used them for a collab that required I use royalty free music last December 2023. Signed up for free trial. Used 1x then cancelled before it ended. They had the audacity to charge me $119 for the YEAR?! Never chose that option. No way to contact they dont respond! They just tried charging me again but my bank blocked it! Unreal. This app is so unethical! No customer support & will not refund you for stealing your money. Just DONT. Music isnt even RF.

  Epidemic Sound is an entity that continues to be incredibly frustrating to deal with. This comes in the form of several factors.1. Epidemic Sound via ******* makes claims as a video goes live, and I have had every single counter claim I have filed result in them redacting the copyright claim. They have said that these are actions, "in good faith" but I have demanded numerous times for them to show their paperwork in owning the material they are claiming to no avail. This has also resulted in a manager saying that there are no open issues. A ******* copyright claim is legal action that must manually be submitted by a human review. I have brought this up numerous times and demanded that Epidemic Sound provide all legal and notarized documentation to support their actions and have to force a response that someone will get to after 40+ days.2. I have concerns over the legitimacy of many of these copyright claims and have raised the concern of potentially fraudulent claims being made.2. Epidemic Sound does not follow-up with questions, complaints, and legal requests. I have submitted multiple inquiries via their official site and many never get a response. I have had to use ********* and social media to force a response from them, and the response was lack luster and unprofessional to the point I have never seen another company say the things they did.3. There is a distinct lack of professionalism and product knowledge. Their Commercial License clearly states, "up to 3 accounts" in regard to *******. I submitted a custom license request and I was waiting upwards of 40 days for the [alleged] manager responding to my concerns and emails to provide misinformation. A counter claim includes your full legal name to be submitted on *******, this Epidemic Sound manager outright lied about this fact. They also stated they will not entertain me going with a custom license despite me going into more than 3 channels.4. Payment system refuses to function after all of this.

  This company changes its wording in the agreement and claims audio stuff that you pay for. You can spend days working on something and they scour ******* looking for their songs and place intellectual property claims anyway. You pay the monthly fee for licensing and then they have full authority on deciding what they think qualifies as standalone content ( depending on which way the wind blows that day). I have had several different types of videos claimed while subscribed. Some claims they removed and claimed it was an error. Some i had to fight and take down my hard ******* i wasnt about to let them monetize on my back. I think this is a way this company makes money. Use someone like audio jungle instead, if they accidentally claim something they release it instantly.
