    Not only has SoundCloud falsely advertised the following service without providing it to me as a paying subscriber ( "Get priority support Artist Pro subscribers get access to priority queues and faster responses from our support team, so you can get your questions & answers resolved more quickly.") But, they have also falsely rejected a submission of my music content for public release due to factually incorrect reasons over, 6 times. I am seeking for SoundCloud to refund me my subscription cost since they will not offer their advertised services to me even as a paying member, and to also stop lying about the reasons for rejecting my music releases. I can guarantee with 100% certainty that their rejection reasons are categorically false; they try to say that the audio language metadata for my upcoming album is incorrect and therefore they can not release it, this is not true, all the languages are correct and SoundCloud still rejects my release for these reasons. There is no way to contact a person on their support team, I think they may not have a customer facing support team. I've attached an email thread between me and them further elaborating these details. Please let me know if I can assist further with this claim

    I have a paid artist account with ********************** which includes access to support. I have submitted 3 support tickets and 6 months have gone by with no response. Researching online I see that just about everyone else is in the same situation. People submit support requests, get a support ticket and Soundcloud never responds.

    I am owed royalties and have been taken advantage of by SoundCloud. My account was falsely terminated based on terms I never agreed to, and all my funds were frozen despite leaving my music that I own live generating funds a year after with still no payout. Ive made SoundCloud aware they keep ignoring me

    i have a monthly charge on my Mastercard from Soundcloud Monthly Go. I never requested this account and don't know how they got my credit card info. I have tried to cancel the account myself, but on the subscription page is missing the EDIT button their instructions state I would need to click to cancel my account. They do not have a help desk phone number (there are a couple of numbers listed for them online, but neither one works). I tried sending them emails but only get automated responses back. I just need the account closed and the charge off my Mastercard.

    I was enrolled for the student discount for the subscription service and was charged the normal rate. I contacted customer support 3 times over the past several weeks and they have still not gotten back to me. This kind of practice leads one to believe they are intentionally ignoring me hoping I forgot about the complaint so they can take my money.

    I signed up fir soundcloud because they had a 7 day free trial. They took my money as soon as I signed up. Didn't give me a 7 day free trial like advertised. I canceled the subscription a few minutes after I signed up but they still took my money. Would consider that false advertisement on the 7 day free trial. Just wonder how many peoples money they have got on this scam. Thank you

    I pay for the Soundcloud ************ When I try to log in, I receive a request to submit a two-step authentication code but I never set up this code with Soundcloud. I submitted a ticket to their tech support on September 9th to address this and followed up two times after that and never heard back. I submitted another ticket on October 6th and still haven't heard back. Meanwhile, I am getting charged for the Soundcloud ************ I tried to find a solution online but when I visit a Reddit page posting the same problem, the users issues have also gone unresolved. Post here: *********************************************************************************************. I use Soundcloud regularly to play music and I am unsure how to proceed to resolve this so I am contacting you.

    My problem is that I am not able to cancel my subscription (under the name of ******* *******) to Soundcloud, even though I have read all the directions and tried every way they say. I subscribed to Soundcloud in Summer 2024 (not sure of exact date) using my Android phone. Three weeks ago I bought an Iphone and no longer have my Android. Today, I tried to cancel the subscription on my Iphone and laptop, using the soundcloud app, website, googleplay, and *****, following all the directions. Nothing worked. It seems Soundcloud deliberately makes it extremely difficult to cancel a subscription. My goal in filing this complaint is to cancel my subscription. Thank you for any help you can provide.

    On Sep 16, 2024, I was invited and signed up for a 3 month free trial with SoundCloud.The account clearly states it is in trial until Nov 15th, 2024.On October 15th, 2024 however SoundCloud charged me a $10.99 fee.This is illegal and not working to the condition of the free trial.I contacted SoundCloud but they never responded to me nor refunded my money.

    My distributor has uploaded tracks to my SoundCloud account. The tracks are duplicates. They are also being monetized. I do not wish for the tracks to be monetized. SoundCloud gives me no way to remove the tracks at all even though I am the owner of all the rights. I have contacted support and asked them to stop monetizing the tracks and remove them. They are not responding at all. As the sole owner of all rights I have demanded that these tracks be removed and have received zero support. It has been over a month since we issued a takedown notice.
