A year ago I paid for a ******** subscription using an uncashed check ******** sent me. Even with follow up, I never received on copy. Last fall, I tried again with my own check. No ********, even with follow up. (The did send a duffle bag I gave to Goodwill -- of no use to me). Still no ********. Also, their instructions for reenergizing online access leads to a page that no longer works. Lack of competence and integrity.***************************

I question the ethics of WSJ in how they gain subscribers - promoting low monthly rates (i.e., $4.99 for 12 months, but then making it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel -- not being able to cancel online, long hold times, multiple telemarketer reps reading from scripts on multiple offers. It seems very slippery and desperate to have to make money this way. Good riddance WSJ!

Its March 2023 and the *** still uses the same predatory tactics mentioned from multiple customers already - cant cancel online, cant edit the auto-renewal, cant get a refund when the rates go up (even same-day charge), cant get a notification of any kind, cant take no for an answer on the phone. Its not a technology issue, other papers require 3 clicks to cancel

If I could write zero stars, I would. Ive been at Wall Street journal subscriber for approximately 11 to 12 months I subscribe to the digital and print edition. Over the course of the last 11 to 12 months Ive only received the print edition two times Ive called customer service multiple times as well as using the online Customer support portal. I continue to be told by customer service that theyre going to file my complaint and even escalate my issue to the local distribution company. During conversations with the Wall Street Journal customer service, no one can ever provide me with any status or update on my delivery concerns. The Wall Street Journal was taking my money and not providing the service that they agreed to. I know they have delivery couriers in the area due to the fact of my local convenience store less than 2 miles down the road carries the print edition of the Wall Street Journal.

I thought Gannet customer service was bad but I encountered one worse, Barrons. I subscribed on July 9, they charged my credit card July 19 but never received my print editions. Numerous emails and calls got promises but no results. Today I cancelled via phone but was told I would not get a full refund. The difference is only about $4 but it's the principal! How many other people are "getting stiffed" by this company. Thanks for listening.

The *** has been sending their weekend edition to my address for months - I never subscribed or paid for the paper. BUT I have to pay to recycle it and bring the plastic wrap to a special recycling center. I have called repeatedly to stop delivery. This is a way to inflate their subscription numbers for advertising revenue or to try and convert me to a paying subscriber. Such a waste of paper, plastic and MY TIME - which I did not initiate. Not impressed with them at all.

I have been calling WSJ customer service for my *********** disabled veteran employer since April 2022. The paper is delivered to the end of the driveway and he cannot walk there to pick up the papers. I called the customer service number and spoke with someone and it was delivered to the back door for maybe 3 days. I continue to call customer service and they will not transfer me to someone in the U.S. or a supervisor. Is this how they treat our disabled veterans?

We have not had the *** or Barrons delivered in **********, **. for over ten weeks. I have called customer service twelve times after I could not longer report problems on their website " due to on-going delivery issues". The service representatives all have the same script and have not been able to help at all. And without calling you are still charged for the paper. This goes past incompetence, it is clear that they do not value their customers.
