    I placed an order on November 17 with a guaranteed delivery by Christmas. They reached out to me a few days after the order to let me know that they have to make an adjustment for one of the pieces. It was the phone case and there was no indication that it was only for one pet so since I wanted both pets on the phone case, I asked them to at least just cancel the phone case in which they said the order was already filled and there was no canceling. Here we are now on December 22nd theres been no communication and my order is still unfulfilled. *** reached out to them several times asking for a status and I get a generic email back. There is no phone number for you to reach them and Im starting to think that this is a fraudulent business , all I wanted was this print for Christmas and now it seems like I was just scammed out of a few hundred dollars. disgusting and Im not sure where to proceed from here

    I placed an order on Nov. 28, 2022. I emailed the companys customer support to get an update 3 weeks after I placed my order and I never received any response. I still have yet to receive a response after emailing them that id like to cancel for lack of customer support, response, and time wasted. I will be opening a dispute with my credit card as I never received my order or any information regarding my order.

    Ordered an item on October 30, 2022.Sent numerous emails asking where my item is since their website says orders take 2-3 weeks. Have been told several stories about where my item is, to include it has shipped. Still haven't received said item, nor a tracking number.I just want my money back and from prior complaints, looks like this is a common occurrence with this company.

    I ordered 4 pet portraits on November 24th 2022 for over 200$ - order ******. The confirmation email states that shipping confirmation would be sent in 2 or 3 days and that I could expect my portraits within 2 or 3 weeks. I never received the shipping confirmation and since contacting them via email and instagram all I get is a message saying they are looking into it. This is a christmas gift and is important to me. I need confirmation that my paintings are on their way.
