    Buyer beware!! I purchased a 7 day deluxe vacation to ********* which was to include breakfast every morning and a snorkeling trip to **********************! After I was the only bidder, they told me there was an extra charge that was added in to the amount that was in the fine print but not anywhere that I saw! After arriving at the location, I emailed my contact in NY regarding the free breakfast and a few other questions, and everyone at Charitybuzz disappeared on me! We ended up having a cyclone hit our location and had no power the last 3 1/2 days we were there until we drove to a hotel that had power! It was the worst vacation ever! When I purchased it (and actually paid more than just booking the villa myself come to find out because they over valued what it really cost) I thought I would have a contact the entire time even though it was in another country! Nope Not one reply to my numerous emails from Charitybuzz! I understand the weather is not something they can control but the first day we were there, I emailed them and got no response and still have not heard back as of yet! Will be calling next to complain as it seems like it was a scam to overvalue the trip in the first place and add the extra charge to my bid price! Beware beware beware!

    Be very careful about what you buy from this company. Their language is very deceptive. I recently bought an ********************* poster. The price did not lend itself to be a cheap reproduction as it appeared to be an imperfect production print by the artist. The part that was very DECEPTIVE was that the artwork came with a "Letter of Authenticity". However, all the letter actual verified was that it was a poster while most people would assume that a letter of authenticity would verify that it was produced by the actual artist. In addition, the poster arrived in a tube that was crushed and the poster was creased. I highly recommend to avoid purchasing anything from this site and be very suspicious if you do consider it. Keep your money because I doubt you get what you think you are buying.
