      Do not bet here. I make a few withdrawals and and use the chat to ask the *****, what was the status of my withdrawal request because I havent received anything. She told me 24hrs. I told her thank you; 10 min later, I logged back into the account and found out the ***** suspended my account. I didnt know it was against policy to ask about the status of withdrawals. I contacted Fanduel back and the second ***** was very mean and rude towards me when I ask to report the first ***** to a manager. I have still not received my withdrawal winnings. This app is a scam. They do not like to see you win. Be very careful and screenshot all of your conversations when speaking to an *****. I also asked to speak to a manager and the ***** ended the chat. I tried to leave a review on the app store and they got it blacked out to where you cant leave them a negative review. Also, everytime when you are winning they log u out or ask to verify your location. This app is a big scam. They will try to keep your withdrawals be careful and dont forget to screenshot everything.

      warning.... Don't play here ... I played and won. I left a 5 star review. Then the slots were turned down for me and I kept losing and losing, I switched my review to 1 star. FanDuel contacted me about what they could do to raise my rating back up. My response was, verbatim, "It was five star, like other people's reviews at first......then I lost and have consistently lost every single time. There's nothing that you would be able to do to turn my review into a 5 star review. You'd have to give me at least half of what I've lost in the last 1-2 days .... After I won .... When the slot was unlocked. So you hooked me and now every time I play I lose. Not even a chance." I see absolutely nothing offensive to that. It's a truthful statement in my opinion. I was supposed to have rewards as well that were to hit my account Monday evening 6/16/25. So I went back to play again, and my account was mysteriously excluded... Which I did NOT do. At this point I contacted a live agent named " *********" and that person was very very rude. They told me my account was closed and the decision was final, due to comments I made that were offensive. There is NOTHING offensive in my email. ********* told me there was nothing that could be done, the decision was final. I said I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and he said "Good luck with that" I feel misled about the rewards that I was due, like I was stolen from.

      This casino treats their customers HORRIBLE!!! I was only asking if tech support could review my account because I NEVER win. Since March 2025 to end of may 2025 I am -10k!! I play on other casino apps (betmgm, Caesars). My win/loss is SIGNIFICANTLY different from FanDuel. Its not even close. I get that its gambling, I know the risks. I do not ****** beyond my means. Im financially secure. All I asked is that someone review my account and they suspend it? THIS IS WHAT I EMAILED THEM-Good Morning,I have some concerns about my account. It seems as though all I do is lose on FanDuel. I do not think this is normal, its way beyond that. I play on other apps such as betmgm, & Caesars and my win/loss is no where near what it is on FanDuel. Could someone or a technical team please check my acct?       Fanduel Casino is basically just a money collection company. Read all the reviews. Customers deposit funds, lose straight away and leave feeling cheated. Its amazing how they can get away with such illicit practices. I have closed my account and can only hope they are found guilty someday of the frauds they are.

      If you're thinking about signing up for FanDuel because of their enticing promotions, DONT. Their business model relies on drawing in new customers with flashy offers, but when it comes time to honor those promotions or process legitimate payouts, their support team suddenly becomes a brick wall.I had a simple issue regarding a $50 bonus that I rightfully earned. After waiting 15 hours for a response, instead of addressing the problem, support asked me to "elaborate further"on something that was already clearly stated in my initial complaint. This wasnt an accident; it was a deliberate stall tactic. Its painfully obvious that FanDuel trains its support team to deflect, ignore, and frustrate customers into giving up when the company is in the wrong.After reading other reviews, I now see that I was far from the first ****** theyve pulled this on. Its clear that these tactics arent just lazy customer servicethey are intentional strategies encouraged by upper management. If they act this shady over a mere $50 bonus, imagine what theyll do when it comes to larger ************ users, take this as a warning: FanDuels promotions are a bait-and-switch. Once they have your money, dont expect fair treatment. There are plenty of other betting platforms out theredont waste your time (or your bankroll) on one that refuses to play fair.

      My name is ****** ******. I deposited money onto this FanDuel app I put $5 won my bet and already had $5 on my balance and since I won that bet I got $300 in bonus bets. They gave me the bets and I was waiting to get the $5 I withdrew they knowingly locked my account and have replied one time telling me they were looking into my account because they tried to say I was using a vpn and I showed them proof I wasnt. I showed them my current location which was a legal state. They told me they were looking into my account and thats been 3 weeks now. My bonus bets have probably expired because they are knowingly letting people deposit money then locking their accounts to steal their money.

      I was figuring out the app and all I did was deposit my own money of $25. Then a couple days go by and I changed my mind on using the app and went to withdraw my $25 on 1/825 and it kept being unsuccessful. I kept reaching out to chat with people and they just all gave me the run around and incorrect information. Now money is not even in the fanduel account or my account, I didnt get a paper check or anything. I dont know where my $25 is and no one is telling me.

      I've refered 12 ppl now. I've watched 12 100$ referrals bonus never hit more than 90 cents. Fair regulated. 1200$!!!call get a recording. Leave message to call back. They do! However it's automated and they simply say go in the app to chat n it hangs up. Emails they respond to don't even have a thing to do with what I emailed about. Then there just repeating if u email back the same nonsense. In chat there rude. End chat on u when u ask for supervisor. Someday they be exposed n hope they get fined n shut down. I cannot see any casino not paying out something if u spend 1200$. EXCEPT *******. N THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. I LEARNED IF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER I WIL NOT CHANCE MY CASH ECERY AGAIN.
