      Lying, cheating, thieves. Horrible company and you should never use them. They take your money, keep you from accessing it by suspending your account despite you proving what they said they needed, cheat their way out of their promotion for the bonus because you only have a week to use it but suspend you immediately after getting it before you can use it and will not respond to you until after the promotional period. Also you cant withdraw your funds, they literally are stealing money and should be prosecuted for this.

      FanDuel suspended my account because I referred 5 people like they say you can. Then it took over a week to get your suspension unblocked even though I did nothing wrong to begin with. As FanDuel say you can refer 5 people. Then I had to go through a major hassle to get it unsuspended, but they kept the only device I use suspended for no reason besides I referred the number people they said I could. Very frustrating and disappointing in FanDuel.

      If I could leave a zero I would. After original deposit my balance increased through winning * losing, I went to bet and without any notice they blocked my account! I contacted customer support, they couldn't help. I recieved an email asking me for my license, my payp[al info and a pictut=ure of myself with the date. I gave info at beginning, they accepted it, no that I am winning they suspend account.I asked to just close my account and refund my balance through same way I paid.Silence! it has been 3 days.Worst **************** Ever!Stay away !

      FanDuel is the worst possible gaming site available. Not only do they change rules to benefit them, they actually will take your money without a good explanation. They use a CHAT system to resolve issues ! What a joke. I wouldnt use them, and I am cancelling my account with them

      Fanduel is a ****** joke! They lower the odds if you idle to long on a parlay and then they will suspend your account if you win to much! They have stole so much money from me and nothing has happened. I cant wait until someone sues there ***

      I created an account, deposited money, an immediately had my account suspended for inconsistencies. *** reached out to support half a dozen times with absolutely zero response. This company is a scam. Do not sign up!

      Absolute worst place for customer service and policies! Temp 7 day ban wouldn't allow me to make bets (which makes obvious sense) but not letting me withdraw my funds from the site until the ban is lifted makes NO FKN sense. Why would anyone think they can hold someone's money??? That's Bad Business! Not making bets on the temp ban I get, the not letting me take my money out is fkn ridiculous. Chat bot said my money was safe in my fanduel acct lol. What if I absolutely needed them funds?? Shame on yall.

      Charged credit card as a cash advance, bank sent me to the merchant based on how the merchant categorized the charge. The first person in FanDuel's support chat said it would be "fixed" in 72 hours. 88 hours later, I used the "chat with an expert" support feature again, and the second customer support rep said ******************** will not change how it charges credit cards. So, the first representative is either incompetent or lying to customers. The support chat feature also claims that you will be able to save a transcript of the chat by clicking "save," which does not exist anywhere in the chat box.
