      Terrible company when it comes to customer service! Been locked out of my account for 3 weeks and have money i cannot withdraw and nobody can help or at leadt refuses to help.

      On 5/4/24, I created an account with ******************** and deposited funds. We did win some money. I went to log in to my account and it was locked due to suspension. I reached out by first clicking on the help button which brings you to a page that says there is no help desk. I started a chat (which I made a copy of) and the associate could only say that my account is suspended and I need the account team will reach out to me. I told him that I already uploaded my documents, how long does this take? He/she couldn't say. Since then I have received at least (10) more emails saying my account is suspended and to please upload documents. One email had a name, *****, and she was asking me to upload my documents again. Since I feel I am being scammed, I am not uploading any more documents. This is horrible and extremely stressful.

      Fanduel never returned my refund of *****. I have proof that it registered on their site. Since 3/26/2024 I keep getting the run a round with too many customer service. I made the deposit in Fantasy Sports on Fanduels' site into my account and I know that they received it because they kept asking me for a screen shot of my bank statement. I told CS I never used a bank because I make my deposits with a pay card and I know they keep track of all financial transactions. I just want them to mail me a check if they're not going to add it back on my card, It shouldn't take this long to receive a refund. I have read reviews how Fanduel swindles customer's funds! I'll keep fighting for what they owe me. I never thought I would have to go through something like this and if they had refunded my money my card would reflect the payment. I even called CS for my card service and they said they have not received any payment from Fanduel. So someone isn't being truthful! I tried calling Fanduel but the numbers are give busy sounds and no one answers. They claim all good things about their company however people are being cheated in so many ways that's why they're making so much money!

      Please have a manager read this message.I lose nearly every single time I play here. The odds change mid race and the odds you are showing before the race starts are not accurate. I try taking a favorite and then it turns out 10 seconds later when the race starts that it wasnt the favorite after all....you also give ratings such as who you believe to be 1st strongest and 2nd... etc... and they are straying the players a certain way in your interest.... I'd like to offer you a chance to refund me 50% of my net loss on horse racing. If you accept this I will close my account and be done with fanduel horse racing permanently.If you don't accept this I will be contacting my bank and a lawyer and attempt to get my funds back that way. This has in my opinion been completely unfair for me. I am just a college student and my life and financial situation is becoming ruined.The big problem that I have is that youre swaying me a certain way with your ratings systems on horses and then those horses never win. That's what makes this unfair. I bet 100 dollars on a favorite one time and it did win and it brought 120 dollars into my account when before the race started it said it would pay 100 profit. The odds changed mid race to -500. This is basically cheating. I dont want to be 100 to win 20... the one time I actually win. Its just not right. Someone needs to review what they are doing.

      Terribly frustrating to try and reset my password. I need to cancel my account and get the money from my account back. There never is a way to actually get a live person to deal with. Please, can someone help me to get my approximately $100 back?

      This is a review of FanDuel Sportsbook to let people to be very cautious as they like to steal money.Have had an account for some time now and always deposited small deposits $100-200 bucks and never had any issues with the sportsbook. So on march 25th decided to deposit $1000 and FanDuel immediately suspended my account, reached out to customer support and recieved a email asking for photos of license for account verification which was submitted immediately. FanDuel has yet to respond after I submitted my photos and I have contacted support multiple times and get the same answer as I have to just wait. I have asked multiple times for my deposit to be refunded with no response also. They are stealing peoples money.

      They do not honor their promos. And there is zero way to address it. Customer service just cuts you off. ******************** is the right name. As you will Duel will them and lose!

      I have been having a fanduel account since 2017. I have won a few times and cashed out and just play with the money I have won. Now they are asking information that they want me to provide to them such as my pay stubs, what is in my bank account, tax information, and etc. I have given them my pay stubs and job verification. Then 2 days later they closed my account with no clarification on why they closed my account. There customer service is no help what so ever. They have horrible customer service. This is the worse gambling spot ever. I wouldn't even give them one star. They don't like to see you win.
