      I’ve been ordering from adore me for years. I’ve gotten swimsuits, bras, panties etc and have done the monthly subscription. Everything has arrived on time! The one time things were late I received an email to let me know there was a hiccup.
      I did received an order with some missing product and I had emailed customer service. My account was credited for the missing product.
      Overall I have had a great experience with adore me and I love the quality of their products. They are a million times better than **.

      MY BOX HASNT BEEN CREATED SINCE I ORDERED IT A WEEK AGO(JUNE *******) AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THEY TELL ME THEY DONT KNOW WHY MY BOX HASNT BEEN CREATED AND I HAVE TO WAIT TIL JULY ******* TO RECIEVE AN UPDATE . THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. REFUND MY MONEY

      I love my subscription, everything is have ordered in last 2 years has been priced well and look great. One thing I would suggest is more options for those with bigger chest.

      I want to file a complaint. I ordered from this company twice. Several weeks later, I got a $39.95 "subscription" charge on my credit card that I did not even authorize or save on the account app. I'm dissatisfied. This is not what I ordered up, and I did not willingly click on any box authorizing any such charges. It took me several attempts to cancel this subscription that I did not authorize. I think the emails they send are a ploy to promote clicking on their site; even if you think you are browsing, you are actually falling into a trap. I do like their products, but I did not authorize any monthly box or subscription. I did not even fill out the information in my clothing size profile. Buyer beware.

      Delivered broken items late and would not issue a refund. They arent reading my messages when I try to reach out for support and are instead sending back generic emails stating I cant return final sale items even though only one item was final sale.

      Company refuses to give refunds and participates in deceptive practices where they make you wait 3 weeks for a return label and purposely delays all of your requests.

      Order placed a month ago, still processing company is refusing to cancel and refund order.
