Ive had adore me for about 5 years and Ive ordered several times, the bras are so cute and I love that they come with the matching *****. Its pretty easy to skip the month I just out a reminder on my phone so I do it before the 5th because Ive forgotten before but its not a big deal because I just have the store credit to shop whenever! I love every product I have purchased and have never had any issues with returns or customer service. Im on VIP program and AM makes it so easy to opt out before getting charged, so its not like they are just taking your money. I get text and email alerts in advance to remind me of whats going to happen. Dont go by those reviews who have stated different, this company is great! I absolutely love their products and my BF has no complaints either ??Adore Me, Inc.

I made a large order in which they gave me an anticipated shipping date however once the payment went through the shipping date changed to unknown. For 2 weeks I tried to get updates to see when I would get the items that I payed for however their customer service was very dismissive and unhelpful. Once the items eventually arrived I tried to cancel my account and they said due to "legal issues" they won't cancel it. Their items are nothing special that couldn't be found at many other stores, definitely not worth the ****** of putting up with their unprofessional company.Adore Me, Inc.

Love the styles and the price. Love the quality. Ive been purchasing from them for years. My only complaint is with shipping. For at least the past year after every purchase I have received a message that shipping is taking longer than anticipated. Perhaps you need to set more reasonable expectations than constantly apologizing for failing to meet them.Adore Me, Inc.

I ordered $200 worth of items, but the package never came because the shipping was messed up, a week after I was supposed to return the package, I received an email saying my return had been resolved and was charged a restocking fee and will be returned $150.00. I will never ever buy anything from this company if its the last company or earth.Adore Me, Inc.
