Four months after a return I've been notified I'm being charged because they didn't receive the merchandise. It was an even exchange due to a size issue and I'm seriously disappointed that it would come back and bite me in my.

Horrible return system. I have been fighting with them for over a month about my refund. I spent over $100 with them, the items did not fit. The sizing is way off. I tried to return for a refund and its been a nightmare. But if I did an exchanged it would have been handled over night. Beware if you want a refund, the company is horrible and will fight you for a refundAdore Me, Inc.

In 2023 the attorney general of Pennsylvania secured $2.35 million from Adore Me due to their scam where they automatically charged visitors $39.95/month for a "VIP membership" they never signed up for. Unfortunately they are still doing this. Avoid this company unless you want to choose between wasting your time with your bank or paying $479.40/year for nothing.Adore Me, Inc.

Now that the vip credit is only worth $39.95 instead of 1 item or underwear set, its less of a deal and more of an adversary against my budget. And when you add that on the nice sets, theres an upcharge and high chance of your top or bottom size being OOS, it doesnt seem worth it. The underwear is cute but most styles lack support my larger bust (the contour plus bras look like theyd jive more support but thats not that case, where there looks to be boning, there isnt! Its just embellishment which was disappointing)Adore Me, Inc.

This company is a fraud. They waited over seven months to suddenly claim I never returned my subscription box (I did, and also who waits SEVEN MONTHS to check returns? ). I have filed a fraud claim with my bank.Adore Me, Inc.
