      You have lots of selections in advertising only. Everytime I make a selection, whether is bathing suits , pjs or ******* and bras. It is never in stock for plus size customers. And I never received my 2nd pair of pjs I ordered last month BOGO free. I don't think I will continue being a customer. It's not working *********************

      Adore Me is a total scam. They charged me 2 times for the same transaction and charged me for product I returned. Their products are low quality and no way to cancel your account.

      Great, soft materials. Love the ability to send back what I don't want in the Elite box and not be charged for shipping. They fit really well and sizes can be easily changed when you lose weight!

      I wish we could just order at good prices and not have to do a VIP membership option. I hate having to go to my account every month to skip the order process. Its designed to make money through the forgetfulness of those who dont skip in time, and I think thats underhanded.

      I felt like this was a fair price for lingerie. I bought 6 pairs of undies and lingerie not realizing that the underwear is final sale. Luckily it worked out that they all fit me perfectly, but something to be aware of for sure -- I didn't see it advertised anywhere. The quality has felt pretty good thus far for the pieces I received, as long as they're washed and cared for correctly. Overall they have an incredible selection so it was worth going here for the ease and styles for my lingerie!

      I found the "stylist" picks absurd, even after completing the style quizzes and getting up my size profile. Most items were too big or things I would never wear. I kept items I selected as favorite items, so what exactly is the "stylist" doing?
      After being repeatedly disappointed and wasting money on a monthly subscription fee, I returned my last box and canceled the subscription.
      Oddly enough, about two weeks after canceling, I got an email from Adore Me stating I did not return my August Box and being charged over $175! What? We are in November 2022, and I find it suspicious this happened after I canceled my subscription.
      I logged into the site, checked my order status, and saw that it states Return box received the box return order on 9-19-2022. Thinking it was a system error, I emailed the company 2X and sent them screenshots of my order page showing the return. I am still waiting to hear back. So, I googled for it and found it. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I finally connected to a customer representative, ***** *.
      ***** was very succinct on the phone to the point of rudeness. She claimed no tracking information and seemed to imply I was lying. But as a courtesy, I would get a refund. While I thanked her for returning my money, rightfully so, I asked her why did the site claim the return was received? There must be a system error somewhere. She blew me off and said she would send me an email confirming the reversal of charges and the tracking number they use. Ok, cool. I got the rude email and clicked on the tracking link she sent. It was a link to UPS. Adore Me Elite Boxes are returned via USPS. That and tracking numbers are recycled. I replied, informing ***** *. of such. I included a screenshot of their site claiming my return was received and the USPS confirmation from 9-3-2022 that the scheduled pick-up of my package was completed. I have a USPS confirmation, your website states my return was received, yet I am being sent an incorrect email claiming otherwise. And I asked her why their website states one thing and their email another. She never responded. No surprise there.

      This is a super shady company. I had received and liked several items I had gotten but then cancelled my membership way back in May because I had enough items to let a very long time. Then they sent me another box which I returned and they acknowledged at the time they received back and now today (in November) they sent me a bill for this same box! Im appalled at this company. Super shady and not a way to run a business. I have all my correspondence and emails to prove exactly this which Im holding onto in case I have to refute their dishonest and horrible scam.

      I absolutely love adore me.. i have never felt more **** and desirable.. there are soo many options and the delivery is within a week.. did i mention how flattering the pieces are!!!
