      I ordered a from ***** on 11/26. The order stars states processing. I cannot get a response to emails or anyone to answer my calls.

      I have issues pertaining to a recent order that the company refuses to properly address.Firstly, part of the order was a set of multiple pairs of earrings. Several came damaged. I provided the company with several up close pictures showing the damage. The sales rep agreed I should be refunded and was told the credit would be back to my original form of payment (Chase credit card). However, this was conveniently switched to a credit to the store via e gift card which was not the agreed upon solution.Secondly and even more concerning, I had ordered a jacket which apparently has been lost in the mail. I contacted NY&Co to discuss shipping a replacement OR refunding my money to my original form of payment, a Chase credit card. I was informed by the sales **** ******** that there was nothing the company could do to rectify the situation and it is out of their hands.I asked to speak with the manager and ******* refused. I informed her I would be making this complaint with the BBB as she was unwilling to appropriately handle the issue.

      I placed an online order on 11-28-22 for $230.69. I received a confirmation ********** states the order will be shipped in 5-7 business ******** will receive a shipping email. Ive not heard anymore from them. Ive called multiple ********** on hold for 15 or more minutes before I hang up & Ive sent 3 emails asking for assistance. Ive heard nothing. Obviously these are Christmas ********* need to know if I need to shop elsewhere or if this is really coming to my house before Christmas Eve!

      I placed on order online with New York and Company on November 27, 2022. Order #***********. As of December 8, 2022, my order status is showing 'processing', with no additional information. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times this week (Monday - Thursday), via the customer service number **************. Nobody answers the phone. I have also tried to contact them via their customer service email at *********************************** I haven't received a response back to my email I sent on Monday. I finally tried the 'chat' feature on their website. I have exchanged messages with two different customer service representatives - *** and ***- over the past two days. Neither one has any information as to what is happening with my order. They can provide no details as to 'when' it will be processed or shipped. Further, I was told I could not cancel my order? When I placed the order, the information on the order confirmation notices said I would RECEIVE my order in 5 - 7 business days. Here we are 9 business days later, and there is no update to the order status, it just says 'processing'. Further, I can't speak directly to anyone as nobody answers the customer service hotline. When I did a search for NY and Company, I found MULTIPLE complaints have been made here at the Better Business Bureau recently. Very similar complaints to mine. At this point, I am concerned that this company is fraudulent as all the other complaints I have read indicate similar situations with no response back, not able to reach anyone at the company, not be able to cancel or return items, etc. If this is not a valid business, it should be reported fraudulent.

      I purchased a dress online from ***** on 10/31/22, received a tracking number and saw that it reached CarrolltonTx on 11/05/22no further updating occurred. I contacted UPS(carrier who transported item from NY to TX) with no help, and ***** (carrier who was supposed to deliver), who stated that the item had not been scanned into **** system yet. They suggested I contact NY&Co, which I did by multiple emails and multiple phone calls(I was on hold, waiting on a customer service rep a minimum of 30 minutes each time!!!) No answer from them on either format! I would STILL like to have the item, since Ive already paid for it, but if thats not possible, obviously, I would like a refund!! It is now 38 days since my original order date!! This is awful customer service and I am filing a claim as my only available recourse! Please help me rectify this situation to my satisfaction as soon as possible! Thank you!

      I made a purchase on 11/26/2022 from New York and company. I received confirmation that my order was received immediately with economy shipping which provided a 10 day arrival window. To date, my order has not been shipped. When I checked the status it states processing. I have contacted the company at their customer service email to attempt to get an update and/or cancel my order. I have gotten no response. At this point I would just like to cancel the order.

      I placed an order with this company. The items did not fit. I returned the items per there specifications. They received my return November 23rd, 2022. The tracking number for my return is ******************. I have not received my refund and can't get any answers. I just would like my money back. My order and return total is $166.45.       Placed order on 11/26/22 one was fo 6 items the other for 2. All it show is processing. I tried Chat but no agents are available it says. I emailed 2x no response back. I called multiple times hold is over an hour. I use to love this Company but will not be ordering EVER again.

      Ordered 11/22/2022. No product delivered as of this writing on 12/7/2022. Charge remains on my PayPal. Attempted to call customer service number. Waited to speak to someone for 40 minutes!!! No one answered. I sent the ******** a message. No response. Horrible service and a poor business practice.

      On 11/25 an online order was placed. A deliver time of 5-7 business days was quoted. It is now 8 days later and no delivery. Company says they havent yet shipped it and couldnt give an estimate. Seeking resolution of expedited shipping to receive order placed by end of week or refund of monies paid AND consideration of MSRP as I will now have to replace those items by purchasing elsewhere.
