I placed an order on the 24th of November 2022 with new york and company order number ***********. Order was supposedly shipped out on 12/01/2022 and was to be delivered on 12/03/2022. There was no update on the tracking so I called *** and *** said they didn't have the package. I called new york and company customer service to help with this but they didn't. Today is the 12/05/2022 and there still is no update on my order. I need either the items or my refund before the 12/14/2022. I purchased items from ** and ** on 11/18 and returned them back to company 11/22. No **ntact about refund/return. No one answers emails, no one picks up their phones. They have another item received 12/1 and I just sent something else back Sunday. I have shopped with this company for 20 years and this past 2 years they **ntinue to do these things. Keep money and not refund money in all cases. I just want to get my money back.Customer Answer

I placed an order on November, 22, for 13 items and received a confirmation via auto-email assigning this order # as ***********. I later received an auto-generated email that "one of the items" in my order was canceled. upon logging in, I was surprised to see ALL 13 items were canceled. Obviously they could not have run out of stock on ALL 13 items. I went on ******** to "chat" and go an auto-response that they were away and have yet to receive any notification that they are online. I've emailed customer service to no avail and see numerous complaints from other customers that indicate calling for help is not worth my while either. I want to know why my order was canceled, why is there nobody to address customer concerns, is the ********************** going out of business, and if not, what are they doing to address the multitude of complaints they are receiving. As of today, I strongly advise against ordering from this company as they do not seem to have it together and are on the path to ultimate demise. What can be done to make sure the company execs are being held accountable for the horrendous customer service and to ensure they make good on customer's orders?Initial Complaint

Placed an order November 30,2022 to be delivered in 5-7 days, was to receiving shipping info in 24hrs, never did. The order is still showing processing. This is a gift and I paid extra shipping to get it here in time. So I called the customer service number its an ongoing message telling you to hold. I've called 5 times and been on hold each time over an hour. Email them no response. I want this order canceled and the funds returned to the 3rd party vendor, however, they will never know because there is no responses to any contact info they offer.After reading all the complaints here, I see this a true Scam company.Customer Answer

I purchased a 5 items through the company's website total of ****** on Nov 20th. 4 items were shipped until Nov 28th (after I called them) and till this day Dec 5th they have yet to arrive. Till this day Dec 5th they have not shipped the last item. I called today to ask to cancel the last item as it has not shipped and who knows when it'll arrive and the agent stated the item was in the shipping process so could not be cancel and I could ask for refund once I received it. I restated that I would like to cancel that item as it had not even shipped yet, I asked to speak with upper management to see how it can be resolved and agent placed me on hold and dropped my call. Note I was on the line almost 1 hr to speak with that agent. All I want for that one item that has not shipped to be cancel and the cost I paid for that item to be refunded.Initial Complaint

I returned items on Nov. 6th and it was confirmed that they received the return on Nov 10th. As of the date of this complaint, I've still not received my refund. Each time I call, they give me the number of days it takes to process a return, which is **, and the amount of days that it takes has since passed. I am 5 days short of dealing with them for 30 days trying to get my refund. I've emailed, I've called, and I've chatted with them on their website. I am constantly asked to give item numbers of products I returned and it is clear that they already have that info, so that seems like a stall tactic. I've asked that a manager/supervisor get in touch with me and I still haven't heard from anyone.Customer Answer

I placed an order on 11/26/22 for two items to wear for an event. When placing the order estimates shipping arrival was 12/2. This time frame was file given the date of the event. it has been over a week and the order is still showing as processing. One of the items is showing as out of stock. tried to contact customer service with no success , but was final** able to reach someone via their chat feature. the agent said ** order was headed to the courier and i would get an email and updated delivery date at that time, even though my order still says processing. i asked to cancel the order since it is in fact still processing and would now receive after my event since they didn't fulfill the order in a time** manner and there was nothing that could be done.i would like the order cancelled and my account credited. I no longer can use the items and if i want to return the return period starts from the date the order was placed not actual** shipped which isnt fair to the customer when they arent processing order in a time** manner, but are charging for orders not processed.Initial Complaint

I purchased $257.82 of clothes on 11/16/22. I returned everything on 11/18/22 as it did not fit. I have still not received my refund. Ive contacted the company multiple times requesting my refund. Ive provided New York and company with my *** tracking number. They claim they havent received the package at the warehouse. Its almost 3 weeks. Ive shipped items back to ***** after I sent the return to ***** and have already received a refund from another company in *****. Their customer service is awful and when you call, you are waiting on hold for 40 minutes for an employee to answer and say I dont know where your package is and I dont know when youll get your refund. I am concerned that this company will not give me my money. Will never ever order from them again. They are awful.Customer Answer

I contacted New York and company via email and called customer service, almost a week on November 27th to resolve this issue and I have yet to get a response.I have been a customer for years. I ordered a jumpsuit on November 4,2022. The description inaccurate. I want to return this item but I was told that I would have to pay the return fee. I have never paid the return fee with New York and company this is disappointing. First the description is inaccurate then I have to pay the fee. I would like someone from the corporate office to contact me.
