    Shopping on Riley Home was one of the worst mobile shopping experience I've ever had. Their website was very frustrating to use. Every interaction with the cart causing the whole page to reload.
    Another issue is that when you look at the "sheet set" price, it doesn't include the flat sheet!
    The biggest problem was that when I checked out with ****** there was no place to enter a coupon and confirm before submitting.
    I'm hoping I can cancel before the order is even processed but it sounds like that may not even be possible based on the wording on their site, which is also unacceptable, frankly.

The decision to make our flat sheet optional came after it was requested by many customers, who sought greater customization in building their ultimate bed. We are sorry to hear that you had trouble applying a promotional code. Promotional codes may be entered and applied to your order when viewing your 'Shopping Bag' prior to checkout, or they may be applied to an order on the checkout page. We are always happy to provide a retroactive discount for an order if a promotional code was not applied to the order at the time of checkout.As mentioned in our previous communications, once an order has been submitted, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it, as orders are immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Once an order is at our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes, which includes canceling. We try to make this very clear by including this information in both our FAQ and on the checkout page. Should you wish to return an order that you placed, we aim to make the return process as easy as possible by offering complimentary returns on all orders excluding Last Chance items. In reviewing your order, we see that your order has been successfully returned and that you have been fully refunded.Again, we truly apologize for any disappointment.     just spent nearly $1000 on sheets, a robe and a comforter. The sheets are stiff and the pillow cases are really small...you have to jam your standard pillow into the standard case. The sheets are truly stiff and have not softened over time. The colors are nice and one pattern is handsome, but the product is not worth the money. The robe is okay, but for $125 I could have done better. The worst purchase was the comforter. It stinks like old mayonnaise. truly gross. I could not and would not put that on my bed. The comforter was flat too, even after I unfolded it, it was not worth the hundreds of dollars I laid out. To return it costs a lot of money. I am completely disappointed and should have paid more attention to the reviews online. I will have to go into a store and feel the product from now on. This was a waste of my time and money.
