      I had a great experience. I didnt notice that I needed to change something in order to get expedited shipping to arrive by Christmas. They sent me an email to let me know. I didnt see the email in time. I reached out as soon as I did, and they had already set it up so that, I would get my stuff for Christmas. No charge. Super helpful customer service. Super quick response time above and beyond.

      I received a shirt as a gift from a friend and it was too small so I contacted the company....wow is all I can say!!!! They are sending a new larger one, no cost to me and they told me to keep the smaller size one to donate. I have the perfect person to give it to! What great customer service. I will be ordering from them in the future and will be spreading the word!

      Excellent customer service! The company offers a great product but to go along with this is great and attentive customer service. I had a concern with my shipping and reached out to the company and they responded in a timely manner and helped correct my issue. I will be a repeat customer!

      **************** was great! Would have given 5 stars but original mistake was on their end. Ordered two toddler tees in different sizes. They arrived in the same size. I contacted TeePublic immediately as it was Christmas time and I needed the tees as gifts. They not only corrected the mistake by resending me the size I ordered, but also allowed me to keep the mistake tee and donate it. The tee arrived in a timely manner and I was able to get the gifts to my nephews. Thank you!

      What a terrific company to purchase from and to work with customer service!!!! I purchased a Tee shirt and was so happy with the product being perfectly presented online and being that exact product delivered...Thee tee shirt ran a litter bigger that the usual XI tee I wear. Contacted via email and 20 minutes later ********* contacted (totally amazed with the speed on a Saturday of Christmas week) me telling me that the tee would be replaced with a one size smaller one and to expect it soon... A product is the produce BUT great customer service is a gift!***

      I find TEEPUBLIC to be a valuable resource for music memorabilia. High quality products at very reasonable prices. My items have and are arriving quickly, safely and faster then I might have expected. TEEPUBLICs customer service are friendly and responsive to all of my needs. I cant recommend ****************.
