      I love Tee public! Not only are the shirts awesome and delivery smooth, their customer service is next level! *** never encountered a proprietor so quick to respond and offer exchange with no further cost. There range of different tshirts is unbelievable! I love the Simpsons, horror movies and serial killer tshirts and they have them all! I recently ordered like 5-6 shirts from Tee public not knowing the sizing and when they arrived I was not disappointed by the quality but unfortunately the shirts were about a size too big. I sent an exchange request and the got back to me within a few hours. They very kindly are sending me 4 of the smaller sized shirts! I mean unreal. Thank you so so so much Tee public youve made my Christmas! I will definitely be ordering more shirts from you guys

      I had an issue where ***** *** automatically downgraded my preferred shipping method once my transaction completed. I sent an email to try and fix the issue and Stephen from customer service got back to me within the hour. I was really impressed with the efficient solution and response to my issue. A+ for the customer service team here. Thanks to Teepublic for supporting and empowering independent artists and doing it with intent and purpose.

      I ordered 7 shirts for family gifts. 5 of the shirts seemed smaller than I thought they would be. I requested an exchange. The response was extremely rapid. All the replacement shirts are on their way. Since they did not want the other shirts returned, I will be donating them to a charity. I felt the service was above and beyond.

      This is the second time I have used TeePublic. I ordered a t-shirt for my son for Christmas. When I received it, it seemed a little small. I immediately emailed them and a couple of hours later, they emailed me back and said they were sending a new shirt in the larger size free of charge and I could also keep the one ordered originally! I was amazed because I was worried I wouldn't receive the new one in time for Christmas with all of the exchanging I would have to. Amazing! Completely hassle-free! I will have no doubts or hesitation the next time I need to order a gift--TeePublic will be my first choice!

      I ordered a large t-shirt and when it arrived, I noticed that it will be a little snug for my mother's Christmas gift. I immediately contacted Tee Public and was emailed by Samuel, a customer service manager who processed my exchange for an XL t-shirt which will arrive in time for Christmas. This is excellent customer service! Thank you again ****** for your immediate response and quick action!

      Was happy with first order. Size, colour and print was exactly as ordered. Was classic shirt and material was ok. Second order I tried the extra soft shirts. Quality was better and really happy with that. The colour on two of the shirts were not as pictured. I ordered navy *******. Looked dark on website but was a light blue purple type colour. I emailed and the next day they advised they would send replacement vintage black tshirts at no charge. Further I didnt need to send back the ones I had. They suggested donating them if I didnt like them. Cannot fault the customer service. I paid for express postage in ********* and this was very quick. Received in about 3-4 days. Whilst wary with first order and half expecting to receive something c*** I have been very happy with quality and service from TeePublic.

      I can't speak on thebm quality of products (because I just ordered them), I can't speak on the delivery experience (as stated just ordered a few things so my experience with the delivery is TBD) but what I can and will speak on is the customer service I received from **** firstly, and then followed up by ********. It was late at night when I placed my order, well two actually. I ordered a t shirt for one sister, then go online again to order a hoodie for her as well. To cut to the chase it wasn't until an hour or two later that I'd realized I hadn't updated my address. After a frantic search for a solution I found that could email them in hopes that maybe I'd get it all corrected within a few days. I sent them an email around 11:30 or 12am PST and then went to sleep hoping I'd hear SOMETHING soon. Well by the time I'd woken up the next day, not only had I received a reply from ****, not confirming he'd received my email he'd already corrected and saved my proper address! I was equal parts shocked and amazed at the speed with which is all happened! I thought I was going to get the typical "yes we've received your email, expect the correction to be made within the next 500 business days and by the way, you'll have to pay the '$100 made us do our job' charge" type of bullshit companies don't these days. I mean we're talking about a span of about 8 hrs they got this done. Went to sleep with a worrisome concern andnwoke up to an email of them basically saying 'don't worry about it dog, we got you'. **** and ********, thank you so much for all the help and the effort you must've put in all while being in the busiest retail season of the year. Can't thank you enough, and whoever your boss is....needs to pay you more. Have a great holiday season you two

      The quality of the shirts are great and the prints/graphics are spot on. I did have an issue on sizing it was my error, and they were able to do an exchange for me at no additional cost. They were really quick to respond to my issue.
