  I love that they support small artists. *** ordered some tshirts a couple of times. (The womans shirts run smaller, but they have an amazing customer support) . These are great products great art fun way to get original graphic tees.

  I just wanted to take this time to let everybody know how wonderful this online organization is. They were so quick to help me when I needed to make a change on my current order, they didnt charge me anything extra to do it. They responded quickly and politely; these guys are fantastic! These artists deserve recognition and praise

  Ordered 3 shirts and received 3 but one was incorrect. I emailed customer service and they immediately responded and made things right. Told me they would be shipping the correct shirt ASAP and I could keep the one sent incorrectly. Would definitely use them again. Shirts are great!

  Never received my order. Let them know and said they would send another one. Two weeks later I receive a package that isnt at all what I ordered. Contacted company again and getting the run around. There is no one you can contact by phone. Sent an email requesting refund. I would never order from this site again.

  My sweatshirt didnt make it to me. I contacted them and they sent a new one right away. It was here in just a few days. Great customer service!

  Teepublic has been awesome addressing my returns. Twice now Ive selected a size that wasnt going to work out and twice they have made the exchange without any delay or hassle. Since the designs are so cool and the customer service rocks, Im already planning more purchases. Keep it up Teepublic and thanks!

  I purchased a tee shirt,online, it arrived and was to small. I immediately tried to go online to obtain information on how to exchange for a larger size. On line customer service could find no record of my Oder so I located their phone number and made 3 calls to their office,leaving message with all the information they would need to handle my issue. No one ever returned my call or answered my emails. This was a Christmas gift that is now not giveable and iam out the money. I have left at least 3 comments on their web site which they continue to ignore. I would never recommend anyone ordering from them. Their customer service does not exists.

  Ordered a shirt for my sons birthday said it will be here no later than the 26th. Today is the 27th still not here. I ordered the shirt on the 14th. The shipping cost more than **************** is bogus they apologized and gave me 30% of a future order which is great if I want it to be late again I will use the 30% off lol!! Go somewhere else!!

  Teepublic is without question one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I made a profile and uploaded a design to sell a few t-shirts as part of another business I have. I told all my friends and family, and in a huge show of support for me, they purchased t-shirts, my immediate family included. I "made" about $29 at 2 bucks per shirt. We received out shirts and hoodies, and not but a few hours later, in the middle of the night, I got an email saying my account was closed due to a violation of terms. I 100% did not violate anything. The design was my own, drawn by me 100%. It was simply my company logo, a dragon. It wasn't offensive, there's no "hidden" messages, etc. The only course of action I had was to email their legal department to dispute this if I believed it to be an error. Well, it's been a full week with an email every day, and they don't even have the decency to respond with a bs "we are looking into it" type of response. There's absolutely nothing. The icing on the cake is the fact that they kept the money I earned. That's theft, plain and simple. I have since looked into this, and this is a common business practice of theirs. Deleting accounts of established artists and not paying out thousands and thousands of dollars that they rightfully earned. If you make and ship a product and the customer gets it, and then keep 100% of that without giving the creator any money, that's a big problem. I'm astounded these clowns are accredited by the BBB and haven't been shut down yet. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a company. Oh, and the print on the hoodie was woefully off center. It's atrocious quality.

  If you are considering selling on teepublic - DO NOT DO IT. I did very well on teepublic for a couple years. They determined my images were in violation of their TOU. **** ****  I paid for commercial use. One image was a png shamrock - i got it from ******** ******* - I pay a substantial sum of money for commercial use - I filled the shamrock with green glitter. it was pulled. Then I used the word LOVE - i used my own font - filled it with purple glitter. They pulled it. Then I used a Flamingo png which I filled with gold glitter. it was a commercial use silhouette of a flamingo. PULLED. then i made tee from a typography design - again, ******** *******, commercial use. THe quote was "Always Late, but worth the wait".commercial use and pod compliant. Since a zillion people used the design, I added color to the text. They pulled it and deactated my account. I can prove the images were paid for. Now they will not pay me for the products I sold. I made them. I marketed them. I put many long hours into my shop and I was very careful, I want my account reactivated and I want the money they own me for all the work I did. The products are nice, but the customer service is awful. I have sent emails and gotten no response. I have never had this happen. I tried to explain the situation and demand payment, but they ignore me. Does anyone have any ideas - how can i get the money they owe me?
